During check-in, we were not informed that room service is available only upon request. As a result, we did not receive any service throughout our stay.
It looked like the hotel wasn’t fully booked, so we feel we could have been given a room with a better view than the parking lot. Since our room faced the parking lot, our privacy was compromised, and we had to keep the curtains closed to avoid being seen from outside.

The staff were all very attentive and helpful.
The restaurant was good and the food well prepared.
Overall, the room was clean and comfortable.
The hotel is "older" and shows some of its age but appears to be well maintained.
