New and refined holiday home 100 meters from the sea along the blue flag coast of Santa Maria del Focallo in the province of Ragusa. The villa consists of 2 independent apartments one from the other plus a large veranda on the ground floor and on the second floor a terrace with gazebo, solarium and kitchenette. Crockery, sheets, towels and cleaning products, air conditioner, TV, wifi are provided free of charge by the host. Extra services: car rental (including the Triumph classic car). The apartment is located on the ground floor and can accommodate 5 people. A second apartment is available on the first floor which can accommodate up to 8 people, reaching a maximum total capacity of 13 people, with a discounted price by agreement.
About 500 meters away there are a supermarket, restaurants, chalets (including the well-served Soda Beach), pharmacy, medical guard and the most renowned kitesurfing station in all of Sicily. Its position allows it to be a perfect hub between the provinces of Ragusa and Siracusa. Stunning neighboring coasts are those of San Lorenzo, an extraordinary white beach with a turquoise sea, the Isola delle Correnti (where the waters of the Ionian Sea and the Mediterranean Sea meet as in a warm embrace), the wonderful resort of Marzamemi with the oldest trap of the island, the Vendicari nature reserve (ornithological observatory among the most famous in Italy), Eloro, with the Marianelli nudist beach. On the Ragusa side there are a myriad of beautiful beaches including those of Maganuco, Sampieri, Cava d'Aliga, Donnalucata, Marina di Ragusa. Villa Oscar is also located in the center of the beautiful Baroque cities of Noto, Scicli, Ragusa Ibla, Modica and a few km away from Cava Ispica, an extraordinary prehistoric archaeological settlement with cave churches, necropolis, monumental remains of the Bronze Age and graffiti.
