We changed 3 different rooms because of multiple issues. The hotel staff need to check rooms before giving them to customers. In the first room, there was a cat inside the room, then the second room had serious termites infestation, by the time we got into the 3rd room, we were just fed up.

Although this property was nice and the staff was nice, the room was really small. Not only that, you have to pay extra for parking. There should NEVER be a charge for extra parking anywhere. Very disappointed.

we do apologize the courtyard only has restaurants in their hotels and the website states we charge for paying. We do have a package with Expedia that you can purchase in advance with breakfast included. if you ever stay with us again, please contact the hotel to see what type of reservation you made so you will know in advance if breakfast or parking is included. We sincerely thank you for your business

We experienced some difficulty checking in and they had to change our second room to be adjoining. Second room was not whatwas reserved. Also had recurring issues with key cards not working and having to get front desk invloved again and again. Not impressed with no house keeping without prior notice.

The staff were so friendly and attentive. They went out of their way to make sure I felt welcome and that my needs were met (ie. Helping me with door dash delivery). Bartender was fabulous...he treated everyone like family! The rooms were okay. Nothing fancy but seemed clean.

Location is everything!
Location is everything! I come in to get my hair done and visit with friends for a couple days and I always choose to stay with Courtyard Marriott, staff is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. The room is immaculate and bed is soo comfortable. I highly recommend.

High hidden fees
It was not a very good choice of hotels. There are hidden fees, a parking fee of $12.50 a night. They charged a $100.00 fee for the dog. None of these fees are shown on the hotel website. The room was a handicap accessible room, which we didn't ask for. The door was difficult to open, it would stick. Not sure how a handicap person would be able to open it. The beds were very high. Again, not sure how a handicap person would be able to get in the bed. The mattress was very uncomfortable. It gave me a backache that took several days to go away/. The cafe/coffee shop was supposed to open at 6:30 am on Friday. There were people lined up for breakfast, at 7:00 am we gave up as it wasn't opened yet. We drove to a near by cafe. We didn't even bother with the hotel cafe on Saturday morning. It wasn't going to open up until 7:30 am, we just to the near by cafe that opened at 6:00 am. When I went to the front desk to mention the door and ask about the dog fee, no one was there. I waited for awhile and gave up. We travel with our dog all of the time. Normally, they have us sign a paper to let us know the pet fee and rules. They didn't bother with that at check in. I couldn't believe that they charged a parking fee, we have NEVER paid a parking fee. And we have NEVER paid a $100 pet fee before. We will never stay at a Courtyard hotel again.

we sincerely apologize that the fees here are not in plain sight. I checked the website and all the parking and pet fee info is thrown out. I have update our team to make sure we are saying it as well upon the guest check-in. I hate surprises so I know how this came across. thanks for letting us know as we improve
