Bad front desk, great hotel

The person at the front desk could be much kinder and more friendly. I had to greet her and said, "Thank you for your help, have a good night," four times and she still didn't respond. Otherwise, the facility is lovely and my boyfriend and I really enjoyed the room and pool.

not the best

The room smelled like dog, the assistant manager was very rude and there was never clean towels in the pool room.

First of all, I apologize that my Assistant Manager was Rude. I have spoken to him about this issue, as this is not how I run my hotel, and most of all this is not how we treat our guest. I wish I knew what room number you were in so I can address the issue with Maint. Dept and have them shampoo the carpets. I do appreciate you letting us know. I thank you for your Comments. Pros: location and how clean it is
Cons: nothing
Location: family lives down the street PERFECT LOCATION
I enjoy my stay every time I am there. the staff is very friendly and the hotel is always clean

Pros: location, balcony, view. decor
Cons: we had no complaints
Location: we were in St. Charles Illinois for an antique show for Fox Valley. this hotel, although a little away from St. Charles was more affordable an stylish
We had a great stay here. Super clean and stylish hotel. We had a balcony and a view which was a total surprise. Everything was clean and well maintained. The location was great - a little off the beaten track, so nice and quite.

The older gentleman at the front desk during the evening: he was only doing his job but in a very, very rude way and it was not appreciated. Other than him everyone and everything was great

It was great. Everyone was friendly and courteous. This is the 2nd time I have stayed there and will again.

Great hotel with comfortable beds

Easy check in procedure. Hotel offers Starbucks and some food options. It is also very close to several restaurant options.
