“We love staying at the King Lofts! This is our 3rd stay (even thought under new ownership). It was clean, right in the middle of the Iuka square which we love. My family grew up here and Iuka means a lot to us, so staying at this location is perfect. The host was very attentive and responded quickly. The two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bath were great! We will stay again!”

“It is a wonderful location and accommodation. It is spotless and has all the modern conveniences needed for an extended stay. I would agree with previous reviews regarding curtains to the bedroom windows, just a little unsettling. The accommodations were incredible and I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Iuka, MS. “The space was much larger than it appeared in the listing and even though it was right on the street it seemed to be sound proof. I highly recommend the unit and would stay here time and time again!”

“This Two Bedroom Apartment leaves a lot to be desired to say the least. The ceiling has been taken out leaving the old stick built exposed rafters, no soap or shampoo, no sweetener for the coffee, a terrible set of steps to come up and down to get to the apartment and they ask that the renter takes all trash down the steep steps to a trash bin somewhere. “1 MILLION ’S!! I’m not someone who usually leaves reviews, but I reminded myself on the trip home to make sure I left a much deserved review. Rhea and Billy were absolutely amazing with their communication and hospitality! The cottage was perfect for our family trip. Rhea went above and beyond and made sure our toddler was comfortable in a new place. Everything was modern, very clean, well organized, our very own home away from home!
