“We just had a great stay at this house. Our team was in town for a softball tournament. This house was a couple minute walk to the Gubler softball fields (and Pickleball courts) and a short drive to the Canyon complex. A great grocery store and places to eat are a two minute drive. The house easily accommodated our team. The pool area, was right next door and was definitely a favorite of families who were staying there. The communicate with the host was outstanding and we had no issues. ...

“The condo was clean and in good shape. The main TV never did work. My main concern is the charges when I left were different than what the app said they were gonna be by like 194 when I contacted Tyler he said he had no way to control what VRBO advertised”

“The house was comfortable and roomy. Love the large amount of space in the kitchen and dinning room. Kids loved the pool and we loved the feel of the neighborhood.”

“This was a great place to stay. We loved the pool and hot tub. There were a lot of things broken on arrival it was hard to even document it all. The AC wouldn’t go below 78. The sliding glass doors were hard to open and close and one of them was broken so we didn’t get to enjoy the top deck as much as we would have liked to. The hot tub buttons weren’t working. Everything else was really good. Despite all those things we hope we get to stay there every year.”

“The rental was as described, with beautiful views on each balcony. In the beginning, after arriving at night, it was a bit difficult to locate in the dark. Daylight arrival, is recommended. We did struggle a bit in fixing a meal, as we had 3 forks (for 4 people), 2 teaspoons and 1 tall glass to use for iced tea. All the knives were dull and we had no cookie sheet to bake with. So cutting/baking vegetables was difficult. After a trip to the store for cutlery and tin foil sheet pan, we had...

“Us and another couple stayed at this house and everything was perfect. They had everything kitchen wise you could think of and they had the perfect amount of beds. It was a great location that wasn’t too far from both pools for the kids. Highly recommend the house , location and host. We will 100% be coming back !! ”
