The pool opens at 11 am, it was very late for early birds. They need to change opening hours to earlier time, like 7 am. We couldn’t find any trails in the forest. Hotel is really close to forest but you can not walk in there." I inform the chek-in employee that it was problem for me, they should inform their customers before check in ; he replied "I will transfer your complain to management" that's all ! Other issue was extra bed they brought to room! it was not ready when we came to room and it was the oldest and worst extra bed ever. my son couldn't sleep there and we had to share the king bed 3 of us. And when I informed them of course the answer was "we will transfer your complain to management" Again no "sorry " the only star goes to the Italian restaurant in the hotel. it was amazing! but hotel it self was not even close to 5 stars except the location and building. I prefer to sleep at 20 degrees and even though it is winter time, the room was at 24 degrees after the ac worked whole night. This is not my first time in here, this is always the case. I really appreciate the location being steps away from both the check-in counters and baggage claim for my very early departures or very late arrivals.
