“The hotel is clean and comfortable. The location is easy to acess. It is close to the bus services company so you can go to other city easily. The receptionist is very polite and willing to reply your inquiries.”

“The room condition is good and clear with just enough facilities and provisions. The buffet breakfast is good. Close to metro station. If improvement is needed, the 2 things i suggest are: the bed is too soft and the air-conditioner temperature is difficult to control.”

“Das Hotel ist sehr zentral im Stadtkern von Izmir mit sehr vielen Geschäften drumherum. Ist zwar in die Jahre gekommen und sollte renoviert werden (wie z.B. streichen, neue Möbel etc.), dennoch für den Preis nicht zu meckern. Das Personal ist sehr nett und das Frühstücksbuffet für den Start in den Tag völlig ausreichend mit guter Auswahl.”

“HOTELS.COM are Misleading information and poor guest handling I booked Best Western Hotel Izmir through Hotels.com because it was clearly advertised as including free breakfast, which was an important factor for my family. Upon arrival at breakfast, we were told by the staff that we had no breakfast included, without any courtesy or explanation. The breakfast area itself was extremely basic, poorly presented, and nothing was labeled. This is far below what is expected from a 4-star……

“We enjoyed the stay in your place. Your water massage bathtub is good~ nice idea! Other than the city tour in Izmir, we also like the friendly neighborhood like the 24hrs bread shop, Turkish restaurants. Also, the park and grocery store are nearby.its safe when we walk in the community at the evening time. Just a small adice. For the kitchen, if there are pots and pan, it would be more convenient to use the stove. ”
