“Wonderful resort that had an amazing view of the harbor. Every single employee we encountered was friendly, helpful and always smiling. We were there over a long weekend and spent our days up on the rooftop pool, and evenings in the various restaurants. Unfortunately in the summer, not all of them were open every day. “They did not have an alarm clock, or any other clock in the room. I complained and asked for one to be delivered, but they never fulfilled that request. Also, when requesting an alarm clock, they said to just use a wake up call, and the wake up call did not come at the promised time. Those two actions together, is unacceptable for a property of this stature.”

“This is my 5th stay here; my favorite place to stay when I’m in Ft. Myers. Everything is modern & clean. The staff are very helpful if needed. Walking distance to the restaurants/bars in the downtown district. There is a Publix one block away. All in all, it’s just a great place to stay.”

“The hotel was great and the ocean view was amazing. They have outdoor restaurants and bars on the first floor which was cool. The only thing I didn’t like was that you have to pay for parking, I think that should be included. Also, everything on the island closes super early, so this is not the place to go if you like to go out after 8pm.”
