The floors in the room were filthy. My grandson spilled some water when we first arrived and I used a towel to dry it and the towel was black. I told the staff and she didn’t seem to care, just said she’d tell housekeeping and if she did they never came up to clean.

I liked how clean the room was and quite. Loved the free breakfast. Free coffee and tea all day. We felt safe in this location. Great free parking Friendly staff

Check-in was ok, but could had been better. The front desk clerk just gave me my keys and that was it. Didn't go over breakfast times, room cleaning schedule, or external dining options or nothing! I'm used to receiving more of a friendlier welcome. Fortunately, throughout my stay, the other clerk was more engaging and friendly. The room was very spacious, but wish there was a charging port by the bed. Overall nice stay, will stay again.

Internet didn't work on the 7th floor. They moved us to the first floor so we could connect. Phone in our first room didn't work. Coin operated guest laundry machines didn't work. Breakfast wss marginal, slow to replenish empty serving trays. Nice people at desk, but the place is a little run down.

The staff was very courteous, personable and helpful! The breakfast/lobby area very pleasant and comfortable and our room the same! Breakfast had many tasty options and was well maintained through the morning. Excellent stay!

Despite AT&Ts outage the staff worked hard to get people checked-in. Everything was nervy good. Rooms were clean, stay was pleasant and the breakfast was tasty.

Just an overnight stay. Everything was fine except there was no one at the desk the 3 different times I went there. No bell. No sign why they were away. The rooms were clean.But the beds were too firm for my liking and the sheets were not typical soft hotel sheets. They were stiff and scratchy.

Museum trip
The loony and breakfast area are well maintained and bright. The room we had was a suite and perfect for 2 adults and busy grandkids. Some of the areas are a little worn and untidy(trash pilled up at the elevator for two days). But the staff are very friendly open and made you feel at home. Plus the site is close to the children's museum complex.

The staff was AMAZING. Each staff member was kind and friendly. I felt SAFE! There was a big fair going on and the hotel had a guard at the entrance. I'm Olivia, Vincent's wife. I was traveling alone.
