"When I first arrived at the property I was put in a room with a broken lock and no hot water. They wanted me to pay an additional $460 US to move into a better room with hot water, because hot water wasn’t included with my original reservation. I moved to a different room at a cost of $200 dollars to have hot water. They didn’t clean the room or do anything at all in the 23 days I was there. I tried to cancel the reservation but the hotel said no refunds and orbitz wouldn’t do anything to help...

"Bad experience with the shuttle.. they put us in the wrong one.. the hotel was at 10 minutes from the airport and we got there 1h45 minutes later because we had to drop all the other passengers to their hotel (till Falmouth)...! As for the hotel, after getting a bedroom on the highway side, we decided to pay for an upgrade on the sea side. The bedroom was nice and clean. It is very important to know (because it is not written anywhere when you chose the hotel) that we have planes constantly flying above the beach."

"The overall rating 4.5 out of 5\. The quieter environment is great if you get out before the start of cleaning the rooms around 9 AM. If late riser you will hear a lot of door slamming OMG. Also don’t waste your money for “Ocean View” All garden views OMG… Best if you want “ocean” get ocean front period. The standard buffet best deal and the 24 hour room service awesomeness. Up grades not worth the buck unless money is no object. "

"Great place to stay, & great location. Staff is friendly and so welcoming. Rooms are very clean and comfortable! Big up to my new friend PET, she was a wonderful waitress at the resort and made me the best iced coffee!! The only suggestion I would make for this resort is to make sure all rooms have a fridge & microwave. Other than that, it’s wonderful!! "

"Getting wash clothes and hand towels was like pulling teeth called three days in a row and none were ever in our room. Got to the resort no towels in room. They brought bath towels that they didn’t replace the 8 days we were there. Also room service never replaces shampoo soap etc. I prefer to wash my body and shower on daily. This should be the normal. I shouldn’t have to even ask. "
