I wish we had a room on the 4th floor as people above us were running in their room and it sounded like thumping. Kids were running down the halls after the quiet 10 pm time. I blame the noisy on the parents not enforcing the quit time. I forgot a toe with stuff in it in the room and the housekeeper took it to the desk and they called me which we weren’t far away to get it. Thank you for the call and being so honest."

"The room was decently cleaned, perfectly livable, but not exceptional. Some urine left on the bottom of the toilet seat, on the outside. Staff was friendly and great. Breakfast was good. The pillows on one of the beds were very flat and were folded over, and shoved into the pillowcase in a way to make them seem fuller, but it made them very short. Just seemed like they didn’t want to replace old pillows. No complaints other than that, we were comfortable and content! Great for a night’s stay."
