High floor apartment with beautiful views of red sand and sunset. L-shaped balcony that provides super ventilation. It has a suite with a double bed, a bedroom with two beds and a bunk bed, a large living room with a sofa bed. Kitchen with microwave and all utensils. Laundry with six pack. Condominium with pool and barbecue.
It is located a few meters from the beach, close to bus stops, restaurants, market and bakery in front. It allows you to enjoy everything without needing a car.
