“They waited on me to check in and even called and sent a text to make sure I was coming they're number one!”

“Breakfast was pretty standard for selections and was delicious. Staff was very friendly both at front desk and food area. Parking lot and outside areas clean and safe”

“TV didn't work properly unable to get off home screen, had to turn on manually, remote not working, staff unable to fix the issue, stated it was a maintenance issue and they wouldn't be back until next day. Phone in room not working, had to walk to front desk about TV issue and staff stated they'd have manager contact me the next day regarding issues. No contact received from management and no discounts or offers given to make up for the non working items that were paid for in the suite I paid……

“It is not a pleasant stay, bath room door is broken, edge of the celling is mold, Cigarettes burning hole on Comforter. I will not recommend to other people. ”

“the guy at the desk screen was very polite and entertaining, staff was not the issue. once my gf and i got into the room, that’s when the horrible experience started. the bathroom was disgusting with dirt everywhere and brown stains on the towels, there were spots and questionable stains on the bedsheets, there was a giant puddle of water all throughout the fridge and it smelled sour, and the ceiling was leaking onto the bed.”

“the room is desperately in need of updating. No Kleenex, everything is old and outdated. Tub dripped all night, could not believe it was a Wyndham place so horrible.”
