Joshua Tree Highlands Vacations

This was an “okay” place to stay. There were a lot of ducks and geese around, which I know cannot be helped, but the amount of poop in the pools is just gross. Ordering food from the cafe is a very long process. I suggest any type of alternative ordering rather than their cafe. Everything closes way too early. Many people who don’t like the extreme heat would probably appreciate the option for a later evening activity. The activities for children were terrible. The beads activity that we did was unorganized. We sat on the floor, by the door. In addition, the person in charge didn’t know how to use an iron. Overall, just don’t pay extra money for their activities. Good luck!

Staff was friendly. Property was nice and clean and safe.

We ate the restaurant and we had a 5 reservation.. Gabby wouldn’t seat us because it was 3 min early.. she wasn’t friendly and a little rude ( she proceeded to seat someone else before us) not a big deal but set a negative tone.. Bryan our waiter was fantastic! The food was great and the place was beautiful

I only think they should have another pool for more chairs access
