Stunning Ocean Front Cabin - Wynter’s Cabin

Where the San Juan river meets the sea. Stunning mountain and ocean views where the fall salmon run at your door step.
Welcome to Wynter’s Cabin, a cozy and private ocean front getaway with fire pit right on the river mouth located in the heart of Beach Camp.

The Cabin
Our 1 bedroom cabin is newly renovated and tastefully decorated with local art. It includes a king sized bed and ensuite with a walk in shower, a fully equipped kitchen and outdoor barbecue perfect for a romantic couples retreat. There is also a small loft that could accommodate an extra guest.

Location
Port Renfrew is known as the Tall tree Capital of Canada and the Gateway to the Pacific.
Access to the West Coast Juan De Fuca Trails, Avatar Grove, Lonely Doug, Botanical Beach and more hidden local secrets.
The beach and park is just a minute walk away, and less than a few minutes to stores, beaches, hiking trails, and dining out to local restaurants
Or if you prefer you can relax on your patio watching the wildlife, waves and memorable sunsets.

Please know that there is no cell service unless your on the Rogers network there’s 5G, in Port Renfrew but there is access to Wifi on the property and in specific locations around town.

A nice, peaceful stay!
We loved this property. There’s a fire pit to enjoy by the water; we watched the sun set over the hills, listening to the waves lap one night. It was everything! The house is also very sweet. Was clean and had everything we’d need — even had a few snacks for us which was very thoughtful. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great getaway at the Cabin for our anniversary. It has all the necessities on site, and lovely hosts that went above and beyond and helped us with local questions. Morning coffee and a walk along the waterfront is a must. The cell reception is non-existent in Port Renfrew, but the wifi worked for anything we needed, and otherwise, it was an excellent way to relax and unplug. Would definitely come back, and will recommend it to our local friends!

The proberty is cute, clean and had everything we needed. Hosts were really nice and helpfull. They lend fishing lines to my son and husband. They suggested visiting things that we were not aware off. Port renfrew is a bit isolated and only have a general store, no grocery store. The host warn us before our arrival. I thought it was really nice of them to think about that. We had a really good and confortable time.

My fiance and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Scott and Shelley's charming little cottage, and it was an absolute dream come true! If you're looking for a tranquil and fun-filled escape on the west coast, this is the place for you! First and foremost, the location was just perfect. Nestled in a quiet area by the water, we were immediately taken in by the peaceful ambiance. It felt like a hidden oasis, far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, providing us with the ultimate relaxation we craved. The cottage itself was exactly what we were hoping for – cozy, comfortable, and full of delightful surprises. As soon as we stepped inside, we were greeted by a video game machine, which was an unexpected treat! My fiance and I unleashed our inner kids and had a blast playing games and bonding over our favorite classics. One of the highlights of the cottage was the super comfy bed. After spending our days exploring the surrounding nature and nearby attractions, sinking into that bed was pure bliss. Scott and Shelley have truly gone above and beyond to ensure their guests have a restful sleep, and it made our stay all the more enjoyable. Another charming detail that added to the cottage's ambiance was the beautiful tree picture above the bed. It brought a touch of nature indoors and enhanced the overall serene atmosphere. Scott and Shelly were so helpful while I was planning the trip, and went above and beyond during our time there to make everything work for us as we had some changes in plans. The property was so well done and the hosts were unbelievably nice! Sharing, Salmon, crab, butter, and ice cream with us. They also shared what time they had with us.
