“The property is well laid out, clean, quiet, and safe, away from the bustle and noise of Kahului. Why not 5 stars? We arrived late at night after a long flight from the mainland. Our assigned room had been programmed with the correct door code, but it was not ready for occupancy; it had not been cleaned or “turned over” from the previous renter. Calls to the host’s help numbers were unanswered. The host was eventually reached and did his best to make things right, giving us a clean room (which……

“员工完全没有经过培训，非常没有礼貌。 第一天我按时到达，被告知房间还没收拾好，仅仅是告知，连句抱歉都没有，好像这是应该的。 5晚住宿只有一天客房服务（打扫卫生），这倒可以理解。但是如果不催促的话，这一天的卫生可能也没有人打扫。我催了两遍，才勉强打扫。 最后一天退房，前台居然没人。 总之，员工素质极差，完全不能匹配这个酒店。”

“Rooms where nice enough. Cons: No chairs to sit in room. Had to sit on the bed. On going construction. Paid for Buffet Breakfast. Didn't like that It was the same food each day. Especially since there was only one restaurant. Overall it was ok. Probably won't stay there again.”
