I dont like how i was accused of having a dog when I in fact don't have one. I was harrassed about it when I went to reserve more night's. You dont treat people this way at all. I will definitely never come back here again

The entrance road to the property was not well lit at all. It made me feel a little unsafe. The bathtub was in very poor condition, and I would never have used it to shower.

After sleeping a couple hours I turned the light and a bed bug was on the bed walking. Also fresh eggs were found also! We had to move in the middle night, and was refused refund.

Customer Service was very nice. However, Hotel room was damp-feeling though. We needed a dehumidifier in there. And the temperature controls do not work from the wall thermostat. You have to use the controls on the actual device to control heat or ac even though there is a sticker on it that says to use the wall thermostat. BIGGEST THING TO NOTE: last days as I was taking all the pillows off, i found a BED BUG so you have been warned. Not good to know we were sleeping with them over those two days.

I didnt like the fact that they said i had a non smoking room but as soon as we opened the door, the smell of cigarettes n ash tray just hit us in the face, it made my hair n clothes sink just from being in there. The bathroom was filthy and needed a deep scrubbing, it was definitely nothing like in the pictures for advertisement, not worth the price to stay!

Budget friendly and clean
The stay was ok. The lobby is under construction so finding the correct entrance was a bit confusing. The young clerk was training, but did his best to make sure things were done correctly. This is a budget motel. We got exactly what we paid for. The exterior of the building could use an update and the rooms could use a remodel, but our room was spacious, clean, and fairly comfortable. There was great water pressure in the shower and the property is located near restaurants and a gas station. There wasn’t any noise or drama from the other guests and overall, we had a pleasant night.
