A worst experience I’ve ever had from staying at a 3-4 star hotel! No single chair in the room, not possible to work at that desk provided; no room service, no tower change, no coffee or water replacement after 1st day….

This was well in fact of price point. Clean hot tub and pool but the floor is not safe before getting to the pool they have this foam floor or vinyl floor, buckled and a trip hazard. I almost tripped twice on it. Recommend replacing that floor. The room was amazing but I found previous trash from another guest. One bottle of water flavoring additive was behind the fridge on the floor clearly visible. The breakfast was an additional 12$ but for its price point was well priced and tasty!

Loved the look of the property inside. Had an upscale vibe. Jacuzzi was amazing. But the room was freezing and the thermostat didn't work. Beds were comfy and so were the pillows. The breakfast is not complimentary. But definitely would stay again for it's price.

The whole building is very loud. Staff was less than helpful about a large group in the common area at midnight being loud right outside of the guest rooms. We also were locked out of our room while we were gone and the staff was rude and unhelpful, we sat in the hall for 20 minutes at 11:00 at night waiting on someone to help us enter the room (which was locked by housekeeping while we were gone). Over all the stay was fine for a night and the hotel was fairly clean and the beds were decently comfy.

The heat did not work, the air ran all night and the surrounding rooms were filled with obnoxiously loud guests that faught all nighy into the early morning hours. The experience was awful, we will not be returning patrons.

Last two times I stayed I got my deposit back in hours. Day is almost over and I have not got my deposit back yet. I was not told when I would get it back. Also, the breakfast is expensive going with how much you pay for one night of stay. $12 a person for breakfast is excessive I think.

Person at front desk was rude--not helpful---No free breakfast--$12 per person ? no resturant open on site ? pool closed -- Fan for a/c was loud -- not a good experience-- wish I would have stayed elsewhere

I stayed for one night. We had lukewarm water for shower that night and the heater was not working so I was cold. Also phone call made to the front desk was not answered. But the next day the staff were nice, gave us a free breakfast and refunded us half of the room fee.

Was probably a very nice property at one time. Right next to major highway so was a little bit noisy. Rooms were dated but clean. Good sized. Beds were comfortable. Good sized main area. Was perfect for softball team to meet up and have dinner. Pool and hot tub were clean and fun atmosphere. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. What I would expect for a $100 a night hotel.

This property was a Holiday Inn a number of years and since we last stayed there the property is in decline. Orange colored furniture, outside and inside paint needs to be updated, limited breakfast-only restaurant, plaster on hallway walls crumbling, etc among other issues

10/10 will stay again the next time we’re in the area. Only issue was a family who took over the hot tub with their children, and were blasting loud music and it ruined the pool for us, but not the hotel’s fault!

I expected better. The rooms are offered as queen sized beds, but theyre only double. My rooms ac didnt work properly, they offered to move me yhr 3rd day, but we decided to go home early. We were by the pool and the chlorine seeped into the room. The staff were amazing and did their best. I thibk overall, I went expecting a different experience based on location.

Our room was about 85 degrees. We tried to adjust it and nothing helped. Went to the front desk and they basically said there was nothing they could do and offered a fan. It was too hot to sleep in and eventually after lots of asking they switched us rooms at 10pm. I had to go to the front desk 4 time and call 2 times just to get something done.

I stay at this hotel once or twice a week. Rooms are always very clean. The hallways walls need repainted, the floors in hall could use more cleaning by running sweeper more often also the luggage cart carpet needs shampooed. Even with the hallways Needing attention, I will still stay there because the rooms are excellent!

The inside of the hotel main floor is so nice and relaxing. The pool and hot tub were excellent for the kids. We just had thought there was free breakfast which there wasnt.

Pool smelled horrible. Shower curtain wouldn't stay even with the magnets on the bottom plus it was ripped as well. The lamp in-between the beds, the shade is very wobbly also dirty. Need to upgrade TVs and rooms in general the flooring is mostly stained up. Need mudded better there is a patch on the wall by air conditoner unit. Room is stuffy when ac or heat is on. Beds were comfy and sheets were clean big hallejuah.

Pros: The area is super nice. They pool area was beautiful I love the set up. They do offer a breakfast buffet which was nice. I booked at king suite, the hot tub was nice Cons: The staff was not friendly at all. Everyone I encountered there seemed irritated. I went to the desk twice for extra towels the first time and the second time was for some plastic ware. Everyone seemed upset both days. The blond lady who was in charge of the buffet was EXTREMELY rude. She definitely rubbed me the wrong way. The hotel room had a couch and 2 love seats, all 3 of them were dirty with tears in them. I would not sit on those couches.
