My car was hit in the parking garage and they were no help. Hall areas were dirty and dated. Room was mostly clean.

According to our records, we do see that an incident report was filled out but we did not see any police report per our request. Should you wish to have a report created, we are more than happy to assist them with accessing video footage if necessary to help find who may have damaged your vehicle. The hotel itself was decent and the location is great. However 1 month after we returned, I received a call from a manager telling me their books were off from the day we were there and did we happen to buy drinks or snacks. I had no memory or knowledge Of any transactions - if I or my kids had paid cash or card or charged to the room. The approach was very unprofessional, aggressive in tone, and manipulative. He very rudely told me he would be running my card without my authorization and no detailed receipt or even proof it was for us. He would not let me talk to a supervisor and told me he only answered to the owner of the hotel, which was found to be untrue. Eventually a higher-up was able to send me a detailed receipt of our $60 worth of charges that accidentally did not get ran and I approved the transactions no problem. Just a bad judgement and terrible customer service that ruined the experience and will cause me to find other places to stay.

The carpeted was old and dirty looking but the worst part of the stay was our proximity to the elevators, which were constantly swishing by. The bathroom was very tight too. The staff was nice and the lobby was nice. The mattresses and pillows were lumpy though. We just didn’t sleep well.

We're surprised to hear your description of the mattresses and pillows as they are newer plush beds with premium linens. We would have been happy to exchange the pillows. My only complaint from the entire start was that I left my Apple Watch in the room and nobody returned my call :(

Very old building and elevator, old dust in the bathroom outlets, small bathrooms, shower curtain was small and dirty. Breakfast was horrible- very greasy, runny eggs, limited flavor. This is not an 8 star hotel. I would rate it a 2 star with breakfast and how old the hotel is.

The hotel was just an average hotel. It was clean but the breakfast at the restaurant was horrible. The coffee place made up for it.

I’ve stayed at this location three times and each time was overall a great experience. My last stay we were attending a comedy event at the Tmobile center and I have to shout out the shuttle driver because he got us there in a timely manner and drove very well. On top of that he had a great personality and made everyone laugh. The only thing I don’t really enjoy in the hotel is the elevators because the rooms can go pretty high up and the higher you go the elevator just seems alittle scary but it could just be me.

Great stay to visit family . Very comfortable, quiet and restful stay! Though we did venture out for dinner. We could have stayed within the hotel as all amenities were covered. Wonderful bar area we visited when we came back from dinner, barista coffee and a restaurant .

Heater did not work in middle of winter. Multiple people stuck outside in parking garage due to broken elevators and hire cancelling card keys on last day before they check out.
Restaurant and bar could not handle crowd. 2 hours to get food.

We are so sorry for the inconveniences you experienced.Due to the unusually frigid temperatures and weather conditions, heaters were operational but were not keeping up due to the extreme cold. We apologize for the wait times to get food. Unfortunately, many of our staff were unable to make it into work on those weather days. We did provide overnight accommodations to our staff but had limited availability of rooms. We hope you give us another chance to show you these were isolated incidents.
The city view from the hotel is amazing. The bed and pillows are great. The room, hotel hallways and elevators are very dirty.

During your stay, the hotel was at full occupancy with a large group of high school students attending a conference. I was in town to attend a funeral and selected this location because it was close to the church. The garage was secure and the checkin staff were professional and curious. Eric who serves at the bar and the restaurant was wonderful with the service he provided. The front desk host, who was also the employee of the month was wonderdul. She provided a room away from the 200 high school theatrical students who were occupying the hotel for a conference next door. Breakfast buffet was good and hot. I would recommend this location and I would stay here again.

Pros: The location of this property is great! The check-in process was quick and easy. Justice was sweet and personable and definitely made the process seamless. The hotel, as a whole is fairly clean. Parking was easy and it’s nice it was included in my rate.
Cons: Bartenders at the lobby bar were unfriendly and almost rude. I know they were busy with a lot of hotel guests so I would understand slow service but the unfriendly nature of the interaction wasn’t acceptable.
Also, not having a safe in the room was surprising. I travel a lot and cannot remember the last time I stayed at a hotel property that didn’t offer a safe to store valuables.
