Built in 2022!
This large newly constructed luxury1-bedroom suite, the main part of the 4 beds, 3 baths single family house with its own private entrance, is located on a one-acre land harboring the most unique feature of Hawaii Paradise Park in Keaau and offers a real retreat from the busy world. Within a 5 minutes' drive you can sit on the stunning swirling lava-made cliff to hear the amazing rhythm of the ocean, feel the cool ocean breeze from the middle of the Pacific and be the first person to see the beautiful sunrise on the island. The property is in a great location close to Volcano National Park(VNP), Black Sand Beach and Downtown Hilo, with easy access to shops, food and amenities. It is an ideal place if you are looking to get away from crowds and noisy tourist areas.
The room has been recently furnished with brand-new amenities: King-size bed with 14" Comfort Memory Foam Mattress, 3-seat super comfy Fabric Sofa, Large Kitchen with all the appliances and cooking wares, 75" smart TV in the living room and 50" smart TV in the bedroom, Large breakfast countertop, 300M Fiber high-speed Wifi, metal framed full size sofa bed in the living room for an additional person to sleep and many more items.
The street from the main road to the property is unpaved but is a very short distance. The water source is from a water catchment with double filters and UV filtration system.
The property manager lives on-site and may be present while you stay. You are welcome to ask any questions that you may have.

Week long work and play
Our host was friendly, wonderful, very accommodating, and fast with correspondence. Inside the property felt very comfortable and had a nice modern appeal. During the stay I was able to balance working in the early morning and then enjoy the rest of the day around the island.

Great property
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Holly's place. It was just the right size for us with one bedroom and a nice sized kitchen. It's also conveniently located in the middle of east Hawaii. On top of that Holly was a terrific host. She gave us clear instructions and helped us out when we needed it. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the Big Island.

Perfection in Hilo
This beautiful place is pristine. Everything is perfect. It’s brand new and very comfortable. The kitchen is all new with beautiful appliances. The bed is super comfortable and the hostess is fantastic. We enjoyed meeting her and she was helpful and responsive. We love this place!

Such a beautiful, comfortable and clean place to stay! We especially enjoyed sitting out on the lanai for morning tea & coffee. We had access to washer and dryer which was helpful. I hope to stay at this location again as it is about 1 mile from my daugter's home. Highly recommend!

Exceptional!
The property was very clean, spacious, and quiet which made for a relaxing vacation. We found a secluded beach just a few miles drive from the property - requires a three-mile hike after parking but well worth it. We would definitely recommend this property if staying in the Hilo area of the Big Island.

Holy is a great host. Her home was very spacious, immaculate, lot of privacy, and was actually brand new. She was very friendly and hospitable and made our stay in HI very comfortable. Home is located in suburbs of Hilo and it gave us a chance to experience beautiful tropical climate. We highly recommend her unit for rental for families and couples.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay on the Big Island at this beautiful new Ohana. It was very clean and well stocked. I cooked and baked in the fabulous kitchen. The shower was lovely and very roomy.
