My wife and I checked in last night with our dog and nobody told us about a $70 pet charge. We woke up this morning and they called us right before check out and told us we had no choice but to pay a $70 fee. Like, come on now we literally are about to check out soon and you wanna pin this on us? The lady at the front desk was really rude and was giving my wife attitude and snappy remarks. I wish the guys last night were still there because they were much much better! On top of that the room was $200 a night and no free breakfast and there was nothing really special about the room. Wish we stayed somewhere else!

The staff was friendly, the place was really clean and gorgeous. The room was really nice and the food was delicious. Definitely will be staying here again when in the area!!

Not so good
We stayed for relaxation. Room was not really clean. Closet door was hanging off. Hot water nozzle was tampered with so you couldn’t turn the water to hot. Not kept up. No continental breakfast. We left and went to another hotel.

Great Place
Wonderful place & front desk staff was beyond helpful and friendly. Always stay here when we come to Kennewick! Clean & great location. Pool too!

Misty Accessible Room with Wrong Bed
I booked a king room. After booking I called the hotel because I need to be on the first floor due to a disability. When I spoke to the hotel they said they had one last room on the first floor and they would reserve it for us. I arrived at the hotel and was told (1) there were zero king rooms available and (2) the open double queens were on the 2nd and 3rd floors. WHAT?! It was almost midnight, we were exhausted from a long drive and needed rest. We eventually came to an agreement to stay in the double Queen accessible room on the first floor. The room was…fine. Until the air conditioner kicked on at 1am. It filled the entire room with a musty body odor smell. It was awful. We were exhausted and already in bed and knew there were no other rooms that could accommodate us. We stayed. In the morning we spoke to a manager, Kylie, who apologized for the inconvenience but said since we booked through Expedia there was nothing she could do about it and recommended we contact Expedia. Called Expedia who said they had to call the hotel. They offered 20% off. Over $200 for one night stay in a smelly, dank room and they offer 20%? No satisfaction guarantee? We are on the road and would’ve appreciated a complimentary night to make up or a refund or anything more than that. Nope. Even had Kylie call the general manager. 20% is all they would do and Expedia said they could do nothing else. I could’ve stayed in a musty king bed in another hotel for half the price.

Much better than anticipated dinner in the small restaurant in the hotel lobby. Just had simple salads, but they were clearly prepared with a lot of care, with fresh ingredients. Nice, attentive service.

Have no idea about this hotel. Booked it weeks in advance and prepaid for the room. Showed up to find out no room but they would refund my money and pay for me to stay somewhere else. Other hotel was very unappealing and less than $100/night. And curious why they had this form letter for this other hotel which said they’d cover the room. There was a blank to insert my name on the form letter. How many other times have they done this. My new job makes regular trips to Kennewick but not staying here.

Horrible stay. I stayed for a quiet night away and was put in a room for the hearing impaired, they failed to tell me that it’s also the loudest room in the hotel and that’s why it’s for the hearing impaired. Very very disappointed.

Excellent staff, cleanliness…warm pool and hot tub on site, along with gym. Excellent breakfast and dining with a little bar on site. When our tv remote didn’t work in our room and was broken, they went above and beyond and exchanged the tv and remote in our room, right away with another tv. We brought our dog and they were dog friendly

I liked that it was clean and staff were friendly. I didn't like that they offer no free breakfast which is advertised. I'm more upset with Expedia for booking a room with amenities the hotel doesn't offer. It was supposed to have sleeping space for 6, a kitchenette and breakfast and we got none of it. So grand kids had to sleep on the floor. Till away needs are not allowed.

Property was fine. Problem was car rental. It was arranged with Expedia to go through Dollar(Hertz). However when I got to the counter they informed me they could not rent because of an unpaid toll. Just called and determined this was old, mailed to wrong address and put me in what could have been a bind.
