Seemed fine at check in until 20 mins later when we discovered our door was broken. Then was told we can’t smoke in room. Which we weren’t anyway? Also a crackhead showed up at 4:30 am knocking on our door asking what we were doing and if we wanted to go smoke and drink. Cops were called around 2 am because some guy was beating up his girlfriend. Blood on our sheets. One towel per room. Just overall not a good experience. Would not come back ever again.

Rooms and staff were excellent. Place was a bit noisy at 2am, which was not great, and the key card lock on the back entrance was broken so anyone could enter any time.

We didn't like that we had to call from the front desk to talk to them about anything. If someone had been there, we probably would have told them that we had a terrible time unlocking the deadbolt to get out of the room this morning! Customers should be told to bring their own shampoo & conditioner and body lotion, as none was in the room. It was very clean. and hot water in the shower was abundant.

good clean hotel the service not to good.
this was my 2nd stay in this hotel, first time no bath towels, the person in charge (receptionis) at check in not to friednly. at check out the next day at front desk after calling for help a little girl like 8 years old came out to help. not nice. second stay no twels again, the only towel in bathroom was wet and it looks like some one used already, when I ask the same receptionis person in charge for towels got a little angry, but he give me clean towels. the day of check out 11:01 am the receptionis person in charge knock on the door 3 times when I open the door and friendly said good morning to him, his only answer was its time to go, its check out time.

Staff was nice but room was dirty. You can tell they just quickly “cleaned” it. Wouldn’t stay again unless it was the only thing left.

Bathroom
The bathroom could use a little more deep cleaning in the corners and bathroom door should be checked for closing. Our bathroom door would not shut or lock unless my husband pulled the door a certain way. The hotel is comfortable and has all things need fir a good stay.

Upon entry to the room they was lots of hair left behind in the tub, and the freshly made bed. Also the was not many people in the hotel staying there and I was placed right in the middle of everybody to it was very noisy and difficult to sleep.

Very clean!
This hotel met my expectations for the price. I was a little nervous about booking, but read past reviews and decided to take a chance. The room was extremely clean! The bed was not the most comfortable, but it was fine for our one night stay. Would stay here again.

Overall ok for the price. Vending machine had barely any snacks. Gave soap but no small shampoos, tub had hard water stains with mold spots and location was very quiet which was nice.

They turned what was a breakfast area into a slot gaming area. This makes it not family friendly nor worth the price. They made several updates but the hall still smells like smoke. They have a big rock keeping the side door open so not safe. Should have two pillows per person.

Good no-frills hotel
Bed and pillows were comfortable. Had microwave and fridge, which we used since we knew they didn't have continental breakfast. Tub dripped, but it wasn't an inconvenience. It was a good, no-frills hotel for what we needed, which was a place to stay after a late night at The Back Road Music Festival in Galva.

The room looked clean until the bed was turned down and then there was dirty sheets and yellowed pillows and cases. Yuck!! The parking lot had some kind of unsavory folks in and out looked like drug deals going down. Gambling room and bar right off the front door. Wake up call service called an hour late and sounded hung over.

I did not feel any cleaning protocols as to Covid had been used. The shower barely worked and had a bug in it.The hall was filthy making me already nervous about the room. I brought my own blanket in from my car finally. The linens were sad. Uncomfortable to touch any surface. Inside fridge grimey. No "help" at front desk re questions. Would never return.
