Great Stay!
Very pleased with our stay at this property. The house has all the amenities to make your stay feel like a mini resort. There are bikes, kayaks, fishing poles, a grill, a deep freezer and a quaint comfortable sitting area on overlooking the canal. The house is clean, spacious, and comfortable. There isn't much more my husband and I could ask for. Check in and check out was an easy process. The owners are very responsive if you need anything. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back to this property next time we visit the keys! Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

Perfect rental
Property exactly as pictured. My husband and I used both the bikes and the kayaks. The owners immediately responded when we had a very minor issue (forgot to leave kayak paddles). Nice rental-we will come again!

Unexpected, but nice
Property was extremely well stocked, even with spice and condiments. We really did not need to bring anything at all but our food and personal clothing. Location was really nice with the exception of the construction going on. Would have been nice to know in advance that there was going to be loud remodeling going on in the adjoining side of the building. Beautiful accommodations.

Enjoyable Get Away
Had a great week. Owner and manager communication was on point. Unit was pet friendly, clean and well supplied to include games and puzzles for our younger ones. Boat dockage was an easy in/out, had a bait freezer and plenty of parking for vehicles and trailer. Key Colony PD was even patrolling the canals so we felt comfortable leaving gear on the boat. Definitely recommended.

Great place for a fishing getaway
Conveniently close to boat tamp( just on other side of Vaca Cut). House was clean and had a freezer for bait. Plenty of room to park boat(mine was 23 ft) hoses, cleaning station and electric were available dockside. Plenty of parking for truck and trailer.

We had a wonderful time here and we'll definitely be back. House had a lot of supplies for you to use which was nice. Great location for getting out to either Gulf or Atlantic. We really enjoyed our stay!

Nice quiet area with canal water front. We saw manatees almost every day. Unit was well equipped. We used the fishing poles to fish in the canal and took the bikes out for a ride. We didn’t use the club but it looked like a great pool. I only gave 1 star off because of dirty carpet otherwise unit was clean.

This duplex was one of the nicest place we stayed except noisy air conditioner in the master bedroom, needs a coat of paint throughout the place but other than that it was nice. Nice fishing pools also and bikes..

Week of Boating and Relaxing
The host and property were both welcoming. The fish cleaning table was clean and convenient. We also enjoyed multiple visits from the Manatees in the canal. The extras such as the bikes were great for running down to the Cabana Club for a dip in the pool. We didn't use the kayaks but they were ready to go. Our week was focused on boating in the area and we were not disappointed. Inside the property was nicely appointed with plenty of blankets and towels. The AC was refreshingly cold and did an excellent job fighting off the Florida heat. We made use of the washer and dryer which allowed us to pack light. The kitchen was ready to go, we never felt the need to order out except for the one pizza night we promised our kids. Even the grill downstairs had an extra tank of gas just in-case. We would stay here again and recommend the property to anyone who is ok with stairs.

Perfect place in an idyllic location
We've stayed at 50+ VRBO properties since 2010 all over the world. This is one of our all-time favorites. A spacious, clean, low-maintenance yet extremely comfortable 2 bedroom in the keys right on a canal. GREAT LOCATION, both on Key Colony Beach and in the Keys in general (easy to go up or down). Fabulous included beach club access at which our family spent many happy hours, and in walking distance to restaurants. Just perfect. Property managers were super-friendly and helpful with everything. We've changed our plans next summer in order to come back.

The priority managers were awesome but the carpets were All stained, the towel hangers were falling of the walls & the corners at carpet were filthy with dirt & dust - I have many photos I could send for the owners who definitely need to update this property - I was completely disgusted with the appearance

My husband, 27 year old son and I were so comfortable here. Short walk to the Cabana club. A couple of manatees kept us company at our canal. We even enjoyed the 9 hole par 3 golf course.

Perfect getaway!
The property was exactly as pictured. Clean, quiet, and beautiful. Sits on a canal out the back door where the manatee came to visit every evening. The property owners were great when my big bullhead boxer puppy stuck his head through the screen! We were very happy with everything and would not hesitate to rent from this property owner again! Definitely a bargain!

I was looking for a place on the water that had kayaks and bicycles on site and different things to do like the swimming pool just a block away this place head at all. Every kind of utensil every kind of pan it had everything.

I have been staying at Key Colony Beach for over 35 years. The last 6 years we have rented from VRBO. This home is one of our top places we stayed at due to location, view from balcony, lots of space to cook and have meals, Kayaks and large Canale for boat.

Great Home in a Great Community.
We have stayed in the Keys 12 times in the last six years. We have stayed just about everywhere from Stock Island to Key Largo. Key Colony Beach is our favorite due to great restaurants And proximity to everything. It’s a quiet community, and the people are particularly friendly. The Cabana Club is a great place to hang just about any afternoon. This property is our favorite of the three places we have stayed in KCB. It is very well supplied, and the owners are very pleasant and accommodating. Overall, our favorite!

First time back since the hurricane. This house weathered the storm with barely a scratch. A block away, they are still rebuilding. Help support keys businesses with your tourism dollars if you can. House was clean and the property manager was very nice. I would stay here again.
