This beautifully appointed three-bedroom, three-bath tri-level townhouse combines relaxed island elegance with all the comforts of home. With spacious living areas, inviting furnishings, and spectacular ocean and pool views, there's plenty of room for family and friends to gather, unwind, and create lasting vacation memories.

The second-floor main living area welcomes you with plush leather furnishings and a comfortable atmosphere. Gather the family for a movie on the 50-inch television, or pull up a chair at the game table for a lively round of checkers or cards. When was the last time you enjoyed a little uninterrupted one-on-one time with family or friends? Sometimes the simplest moments become the best vacation memories.

The custom-designed kitchen is as beautiful as it is functional, featuring striking granite countertops, rich wood cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances. Its open layout allows the family chef to remain part of the conversation while preparing everything from a leisurely breakfast to a delicious dinner.

A comfortable guest bedroom with a queen bed is conveniently located on the second floor, along with a full bathroom. The living room sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping accommodations.

On the third floor, the spacious primary suite offers a king bed, a private screened patio with serene Atlantic Ocean views, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom featuring a sunken jetted spa tub and separate glass-enclosed shower. It's a wonderful retreat for a little quiet relaxation at the end of the day.

A second guest suite on the third floor features another king bed and its own private full bathroom, providing additional comfort and privacy for family or friends.

And for those who love being out on the water, here's something special!

Guests staying at 405 Mariners Club have the opportunity to rent a 26-foot, 2022 Sea Fox Commander, complete with onboard bathroom facilities. Board right from the Mariners Club Marina and enjoy up to eight hours exploring the beautiful waters of Key Largo with a licensed boat captain!

The boat is available with a licensed captain only and is offered exclusively to guests renting Townhouse 405. Advance reservations are required, and the boat rental is separate from your townhouse reservation. Mariners Club features a 43-slip deep-water marina with direct ocean access, providing a great home base for boating, fishing, diving, and snorkeling in the Florida Keys. The marina accommodates jet skis, boats, and yachts up to 60 feet, with water and electric service at the slips.

If you're bringing your own boat rather than renting the boat available with Townhouse 405, marina dockage may also be arranged separately, subject to availability.
