It seems that top floor is private apartments, apparently they can hire demolition crews to redo a room and not tell customers below get ready for saws, hammers, etc so loud you cant hear the person next to you, we had to complain a few times before they decided we need to move which took another hour of listening to it. Bar was closed a whole day ine day , breakfast was the same thing every day

Good place to stay. Clean and eit lot of parking spaces. Nothing fancy, as usual no real renovarion was done herw in many years. Still clean and nice.

Although the area is quite busy surrounding the hotel, we had a nice stay. The room was smaller than anticipated given the price paid. The pool, tiki bar, breakfast, and nearby dining options made this a nice choice compared to the cheaper options in the area.

Courteous front desk staff. The pool area is lovely with various tropical foliage. The room was quite comfortable, though the air conditioner hummed loudly. The hotel is conveniently located near the bus depot (I travelled by bus from Miami) and near enough to Duval Street with transportation provided by the shuttle.

The pictures are not true to reality, on the site it looks very nice, but when you her there, you find a room that is not what you expected. Not very clean, room was outdated, many details needed improvement. We were three and I booked a suite. When opening the sofa bed you did not have access to the entry door. Al sink faucet was loose. Bed skirt was filthy. The pool is pretty if you don’t see the details around, flags and cabanas very dirty and old. Breakfast was fine, shuttle to downtown very convenient.

I booked this hotel because it had it listed as an ocean view. I do not think that there was an ocean view from any room on this property. The room was clean, the staff was great, the breakfast was not great, but definitely appreciated. My only real complaints are that there was no ocean view and that the shower had weak water pressure

The staff and service were excellent. The pool area and the free breakfast were also excellent. Our room could have used a little work, but we were not there much. The shuttle was worth the extra money we used it a lot.

I had to get maintenance to work on the air conditioner on the first day. All he did pas pulled the batteries out of the thermostat. It worked for 1 hour and then it quit again. I ended up pulling the batteries out for the rest of my stay just to get the room a little cooler for some relief from the heat.

Pool area was great. Bar is way too expensive so were glad we received a bogo coupon. Room 227 was ok but very noisy at night with traffic. Microwave didnt work. No room service unless you ask. Breakfast was cold but not the hotels fault. Guests leave the lids off the hot items. Coffee and hot water both empty. Very expensive over all.

Our room was adequate, yet for the price it was not special, no amenities, like, not even a bar of soap. It was clean, however, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was attractive, but the food was not tasty. The pool is lovely.

The property had issues with their kitchen the entire stay which has been an issue for some time at the hotel and has not been addressed. Bar never opened on time. I was forced to consistently order our daily using Uber Eats, because of the lack of food available.

Very friendly staff. Nice accommodations and ample parking. Free shuttle service into the town, as we were a few blocks beyond walking distance.
