Wonderful stay
Our first time in Key West and this place was an excellent choice! The house was spacious, comfortable and clean, we had everything we needed during our stay. The hot tub and pool area were especially nice! We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again! 10/10 in our books!!

Very nice!
The unit is very well stocked. Best I’ve ever seen in renting condos. Beds are very comfortable and unit very clean and spacious. Loved the pool area - quite large. Although the beach directly in front of the complex wasn’t a true swimmers beach, we had fun finding sea glass on the shore and wading with and watching the fish. A more traditional beach was just minutes away. So appreciated how proactive Kathy was in her communications and provided a great list of local Key West restaurants and bars. To sum up - a wonderful vacation. Thank you!

Great space for 5 of us, including a 6 year old whose swimming improved dramatically over the 4 day. Beds super comfortable. No bugs! Great birding from the balcony!

This condo unit was very nice. Both bathrooms were updated. We really liked that the 2nd bedroom had a double bed and a twin bed. Everything was well stocked. We didn’t have to go out and buy toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, etc., midway through our vacation!!! The pool and hot tub are fantastic. The pool overlooks the ocean! Our teens enjoyed the ping pong table in the rec room.

The condo was as clean and presentable as home! It was extremely spacious,the beds were comfortable & there was nothing lacking. The proximity to Smathers beach was great! You can walk there. We loved ALL the beach equipment. Kathy is an attentive host! She responds to questions promptly. She wants her guests to enjoy their stay in Key West which is apparent by all her great suggestions. Thank you Kathy for a spectacular vacation! We really hope to be back one day : )

Quiet, great pool and hot tub. Very large, comfortable rental unit with just a sliver of ocean view. Not much close but good Uber service in Key West. Owners respond quickly if renters need to contact them.

NYE in paradise
My husband and I live in Indiana, my sister and her husband live in California so we met up in Ley West for NYE 2024! It was a great stay, we loved having the bikes to get around but not being right in the heart of all the action all the time. The beach was walkable but our favorite spot was by the private pool at the condo. It was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked and the unit was large. We were very comfortable!

We stayed at this property for a week in August. The property exceeded expectations! It was super clean, the kitchen is fully stocked to prepare any meal with plenty of glasses and plates. Lots of extras everywhere from beach chairs to bikes to cotton balls! The pool is wonderful and the beach is a short 5 minute walk. We didn't need anything from Kathy, but I knew she was available if anything came up.

Amazing Property
We loved everything about this place. Unit was all up to date and well equipped - anything we needed was there! Beds are comfy, linens good quality,lanai perfect for breakfast and drinks in the evening. Owner very easy to communicate with. Location is right along the water - pool area is amazing. You’re far enough away from all the hustle and bustle of Key West so that you can relax and everything is less than a 10 minute Uber away!

We had everything we needed for a family vacation for an active family- tennis equipment, extra beach towels, coolers and more! The pool was great. The appliances in the kitchen were new, and the beds were very comfortable. We have no complaints at all!

Stop looking and rent this condo!
Our hosts offered more than we could have asked for! Kathy and Bob left lots of information for making our visit to Key West enjoyable. The condo amenities were abundant - they honestly thought of everything one might need to feel like we were in our home away from home. The master bed was SUPER comfortable and the master bath is beautiful! (My sister rented the condo down the hall which needs lots of updating, had very few amenities and no keys so it was even more evidence that Kathy & Bob take pride in their property and wish for their guests to enjoy and feel comfortable.) The bikes were a nice bonus. The condo was perfect and I highly recommend it. The property itself needs updating in the hallways and main area but look beyond that. The pool was clean and offered an awesome view!! We also appreciated the communication prior to our stay. Thank you, Kathy & Bob!

We all had a great time in Key West. The condo is large, beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything you need. The pool and spa were clean and spacious and the location of the condo is quiet and safe. The host, Kathy, is extremely responsive and helpful which was very appreciated. I would definitely try and book it again if I return to Key West.

Key West Condo Gem---Best vacation rental!
The photographs from the balcony show more ocean view than is current, due to the growth of trees next to the property however, the ocean can still be seen from one point on the balcony. The pool area is outstanding, it's wonderful to see the ocean from the pool! The pool is nicely heated, hot tub is great--very clean. We grilled and enjoyed the picnic area. The condo is clean, spacious, and well equipped. Toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dish detergent were all provided. There were plenty of dishes, pans, knives and other utensils. There was a Keurig and coffee pods!!! There were more towels than we have ever had in a vacation rental unit. Great location close to Smathers Beach. Our hostess/owner, Kathy, was very helpful and kind. We would definitely stay here again. Chris and Janet
