Shipwreck Nightmare
Boat in wrong location , at a boat yard , his partner offered my girlfriend drugs , he was a no show for a fishing trip we booked with him , he was on the boat everytime we left , no way to lock our belongings , no trashbags or paper towels , wifi not avaliable , very uncomfortable and no parking

Adventures in Key West
Staying on a Sailboat was a first for us and it was an adventure. Brad is an excellent host. Picking up and storing our luggage, excellent restaurant recommendations, and taxing us back and forth to the boat and town are just a few examples of that service. We truly appreciate his concern for our safety with the weather. The only thing we didn’t think about was a few of us were tall so sleeping was a bit of a challenge.

We loved staying on the boat overnight and taking a sunset cruise with the crew. Communication was easy and Scotty gave us a warm welcome with all the info we needed for our overnight stay.

It was very difficult in Trying to get on and off the boat. The cohost, was a mess. He was very nice, but complained constantly about everything. The dingy was out of service, and in New Year’s Eve, he didn’t organize a ride for us. I had asked the previous day for a water taxi recommendation but he said he would take care of us. I asked to go back to boat around 1230 am on January 1. I was patient but the lack of effort on his part had us arriving at 4:05 am in the morning, in which we had to leave the boat around 11 am per the agreement

Unique and adventurous key west experience
Loved our stay in Key West. What a great way to get away, relax and take things a bit slower. Just a short boat ride to all the fun parts of Key West, while getting away from the crowd and enjoying nature and the open ocean. We were greeted by two huge sea turtles shortly after arriving. Will definitely be back! Thanks for a great experience Ethan!

July 4th experience
The experience was great and we had a wonderful time once we got on the boat. The issue we had was the parking which is really inconvenient and costly. The pick up took two trips due to a small dingy instead of having a average size water craft to take four people, luggage and cooler. But I got to say Ethan was great and very helpful and we enjoyed our stay very much.

A nice change of pace.
We were looking for something different, a little off the beaten path, and with the peace and serenity that only a boat on the water can provide. My husband fished all evening while I enjoyed the best seat in the house on the bean bag chair on the bow of the boat where I had the best view of the sunset and sunrise. My only suggestion to other guests is to know and understand what you are booking when you reserve a night's stay on a sailboat. If you do, you will have a wonderful experience. Communication with the owner was very easy and prompt and we enjoyed talking with his son as we traveled to and from the boat. It was exactly as we expected it to be and just what we needed.

Could have been more comfortable and more lighting. There is no dinghy so don’t expect one, Ethan was great at picking up except for the first night when we had to get someone else to take us. Overall loved the experience and Art was great at communicating. Beats staying hotel for location and sunrise and sunset 😊

So very disappointing
We paid to stay two nights on this boat, but only stayed ONE. There was clutter everywhere, everything smelled old and musty. We ran out of water in the first 30 minutes of being on the boat, so we were left the entire night not able to shower or flush the toilet. When I brought this up to the owner, I was told that it was probably because I didn't know what I was doing! Which was sadly, not the only rude and insulting comment I received on this brief stay. When we got to town, I requested the water taxi take us out later at night so we can enjoy Key West, but was told that the cut off was 9pm and that they would get us at 9am the next morning. It was noted to me that this was explained before, which I went through their listing, and all 3 email confirmations/information about property check-in, and NO none of them mentioned that we would be stranded on a boat for a full 12 hours - nor did anything state that we were only allowed to commute back to the island and boat only once per day?? Either way, we reasoned amongst ourselves that we could make the most of it and agreed to 9pm for pick up. The captain that came to get us was 20 mins late. After we were dropped off, I explained that we definitely need the 9am boat because we had a 10am excursion scheduled on the island. I was left hanging by the water taxi service, and one of the owners came to get us (eventually), then also making a comment on how difficult it is to get these services out here. How is that the guest's problem when you state all over your details that there is "water taxi services available" when clearly it's too much to deal with - note, we explained our situation to another service company in the area and they said the taxi service on the north side of the island is a nightmare. So... maybe you shouldn't be offering something you know will fail your guests and cause a poor experience. After voicing my concerns to one of the hosts, he just told me that it's an off the grid experience and I'm just supposed to appreciate being on a boat... I deserve a refund at LEAST for the 2nd night that we chose not to partake in this hobo-on-the-water "experience"

A checklist with things you would need for the time here with weather conditions. Also not enough time on land to explore before having a time frame to be back at shuttle. Had we known to bring meals due to timing and gear for not being wet. Also towels and water supply wete minimal. If you stay...prepare supply of food for morning and evening. Also drinks due to in-between times of reaching island. Gorgeous views and quiet is amazing. Just feel deserted with no way to go.
