This was an amazing place for my husband and I. We had an absolute blast. The room and bathrooms were so clean and the bed was SO comfortable. There was live music on the upper deck every night until 11pm. Definitely an adult's hotel, just be aware. But we had NO complaints.

Fantastic stay Bar, pool, maid service, we're phenomenal! Front desk was another story.Any question or request I made seemed to always be answered with no. From room choice to late check out. For example, when I asked for late check out. I was given a time of 12 noon but as I waited in a lobby for my Uber another guest ask for late checkout and they were given a time of 1 o'clock, go figure.

7 years without disappointing.
The Saint Hotel has been our go to for the last 7 years when visiting Key West. The staff is outstanding, the rooms are clean and beautifully decorated. Right off of Duval street, yet you feel as if it was private and calming. Love the bar and the bartenders are so amazing and welcoming!! Food is also fantastic. Overall The Saint is a great hotel to stay at when visiting Key West.

Overhyped & Overpriced
I had high expectations for our Saint Hotel stay. We had not been to Key West for some time and hoped for a bit of comfort and luxury, but that was not to be. The staff was friendly enough. No one stood out one way or the other. Mostly. Our room was an exhibitionist’s dream (not mine) with full length windows in the bedroom and bathroom, and instead of having shades that close from the bottom up you had to pull down the entire blackout shade for any privacy whatsoever, since they both faced the Halo Rooftop Bar, where we had the worst mojito. Besides not seeing a mint leaf or lime in sight, it wasn’t just our opinion. The next day we were at a different place and tasted their mojito and I told the bartender I had now had the best mojito (theirs) and the worst one, to which the bartender said, “You must be staying at The Saint”. The drink at the Halo came from some pre-made mix, which I would expect at some cheap motel bar, not at a Marriott Autograph Collection Hotel. The water pressure in the shower not great and the temperature was constantly fluctuating between cold and scolding hot. The pool area was lovely but don’t expect cocktail service. We saw one server. Once. Also, when I asked for the possibility of a late checkout, I was told an emphatic NO. This was the only time there was noticeable attitude from the Front Desk person. This place is overpriced, overhyped, in need of a new bar manager, and some brushing up on proper hospitality.

Room 225 which was very nice with high ceilings and a comfortable bed is also close to all the action. Know going in that there will be loud music and chickens/rosters crowing all night long. Our room also smelled musty on and off. The walls are also very thin. And like other reviewers mentioned, our hot water in the shower wasn't consistent and often had to turn it up because it went cold. We did enjoy riding the bikes the hotel provided to explore. The staff is excellent and go out of their way to ensure we were happy. The chef cooked our fresh catch of the day, which was delicious! Wished the heated pool was a little warmer, but we enjoyed relaxing by it just the same. It was a nice play to stay, but not enough to return. Would prefer to stay somewhere a little quieter where actual sleeping can occur without ear plugs. Duval street, which offers many things is mostly an adult spring break.

Historic Key West Perfect Location
The Saint is great boutique hotel in the heart of historic Key West. It is walking distance to all main attractions and there are bikes available if you want to venture out to other parts of the island. Great time! Great stay!

Nice hotel in great location. Beautiful pool. Staff was all very friendly and helpful. We booked a "double bed" and were surprised that the bed was so small. It had to have been a full size. The bedding was comfortable but very small because we are used to a king size bed. The room itself was small as well, but we didnt spend that much time there so it wasn't much of a problem. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

Third time at the Saint, and another amazing experience. Rooms are clean and well kept, if relatively small, bed is amazing. Perfect for what we need to enjoy Key West. Pool is perfect for the small property, and the location relative to Duval is ideal. Staff couldn’t be any better or accommodating. We WILL be back.

Blue light ambiance will keep you up despite black out curtains. Heated pool was freezing and unusable. Refused our request for parking, were told to park in the next block. Told our account was paid in full at check in, they didn’t take our credit card. After we left the state, they hunted us for payment.

This is so funny Mr & Mrs Anonymous, you rated the hotel during your stay as perfect. You owe the hotel $2020.00 and now that we have taken the gloves off we are a 1 out of 5. You know you didn't pay for your stay. You cancelled your credit cards while you were here so we couldn't close your account. This was a Hotel Collect and you know you do not see a payment to the hotel in your accounts or you would have provided documentation to the hotel. You have not returned any of our calls or emails until we sued you. Pay for your stay and we will drop the suit.. You told me your cards we compromised so you had to cancel your cards so you know you didn't pay. Quit trying to make this look like its our fault. This is theft of goods and service.

This is a very nice and beautiful property. The room we stayed was small but very clean, comfortable and well decorated. Location is great, the swimming pool is small but charming. I would stay in this hotel again.

The hotel over all was excellent. Great location, free bikes to rent, wonderful rooms and pool, but the staff was less than ideal. Girls that ran the front desk were rude and acted put out with almost every request. The men working the bar we excellent but a few of the women bartenders couldn't have cared less about helping anyone. Overall, enjoyed our stay, but we quickly found what staff to avoid around the property. I would stay here again - but the hotel needs to train a few of their staff members how to speak with and assist customers.
