Great location right in the middle of everything. Great small town just down the hill to walk around in. Deer were in the front yard every evening, and a small creek right behind it.

Place is great location for Black Hills trip! Everything you need for cooking/bedding/bathrooms. Extra paper products and trash can liners! Even had fresh eggs for us! Fast response when you contact them! Awesome and beautiful place!

Great location
Green grass and the friendliest chickens you will ever meet are waiting to greet you when you arrive. The location is close to Hill City (15 -20 min) and Keystone (3 min) drive. The property is roomy and has all the kitchen items you need. And so quiet! It’s just off the road (2 lane, local traffic), but you won’t hear a sound when indoors. The property is surrounded by pines with a stream in the back. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely stay here again the next time we visit South Dakota.

We appreciated a very updated place, appliances, and comfortable beds! Everything was as described! There is a stream in the backyard you can sit and relax by! We had to ask for the WiFi password but it worked well once we logged in, otherwise there is no/little cell reception. Afew benches or suitcase holders would be great to get your things off the floor ! We also loved the new ACs in each room and nice patio! It was a bit loud during the day with motorcycles on a common/busy highway but we expected that with the rally.

What can I say...IT'S A FANTASTIC PROPERTY! I will definitely book this property again if we travel back to the Black Hills. Spacious open concept layout, large kitchen, updated hand-crafted cabin decor, great views, and super close to all attractions! I highly recommend this property to anyone! We were a party of 5 (2 adults and 3-17-year-old boys). We had everything we needed...comfy beds, extra pillows, blankets, plush towels, and coffee & tea to get us going for that first morning. The hosts were exceptional. Natalie is just an email away and responds at lightning speed. We also spotted Matthew walking the grounds, ensuring we had everything. Randy is super great, and knowledgeable. He will give you great tips on where the locals eat. He may also offer some of those delicious farm-fresh eggs from the chickens (we had some in our fridge when we checked in).

Great place to stay for a family black hills trip!
We loved the praceful setting surrounded by trees and a rushing creek in the back! The apartment had beautiful custom woodwork and was very comfortable. Our family of 4 had plenty of space. It's in a great location close to Keystone for ice cream or shopping.
