Nice trip
The apartment is good and clean. It has a good location near from most important places in Kiev. But for special case we face some confusion in the payment so they charged me tow times. Also my checking was little late.

big and spacious apt
apartment was big and pretty modern considering most properties, however unlike the hotels.com app advertised that the property is 0.3km from city center the apt i received was 2km from the city center. the area was OK but it was not what i thought im getting . im not sure if its the property or hotels.com to blame but if you book ask and check the actual address in google maps

In a fab location and met most of our needs. Minor things to complain about (duvet size didn't actually fit the bed, there as no washing machine as advertised) but great stay overall!

Nice old flat with nice view in Kiev.
This is a good size room, with a nice view. Very convenient, close to public transportation, restaurants,Barts and attractions.

The company got me a driver to drive me there, but he was unwilling to show me where the apartment was. It was really difficult to find late at night.

great service and communication in great location!
They were SO helpful! Airport transfer was great, and also they helped arrange my Uber to a different place after I left!! Super fast, and helpful communication in English (I did it via their WhatsApp). It was a great location — a private apartment situation that was really good. I really recommend getting the airport transfer shuttle especially if you have a lot of luggage.

Great Weekend
Great location. Good communication with managers. Used their airport transfers both ways. Simple and efficient. Property was perfect for a long weekend visit to Kiev.

Relaxing time in Kiev!
-The studio was big -Good WIFI connection -Supermarket across the street -Cooking facilities -Washing machine -Cleaning every 4 days -Metro one block away -The building looks ugly -the steps really bad, not elevator, needs remodel- -Inside the studio looks just fine -Not my favorite location, but it is ok. -2-3 metro stops from Golden Gate and also Maidan

Nice flat. Check the exact location!
The location and the apartment is very nice. However, first you must make sure exactly where the apartment is, because the address on the profile is only for the office and not where you actually going to stay!! Also, the enterence to the building isn't very sympathetic..

Location is bad.
I have rented from this organization before other rentals. The last one was good. This one was bad. I understate bad here. It is advertised as being on Kreschytik. It really is not. It is on an almost inaccessible hill above Kreschytik. I had to haul my luggage with me up the hill. It is hard for taxis to access as well. There was poor communication with the staff. As mentioned, the previous rental was okay. The access to this place is all under construction. The room was on the 8th floor with an old elevator.

We are very sorry that you were not happy with your stay in the apartment. Let me comment on your comments: the settlement is possible both at the apartment address before 18:00, as it was in your cases, and at the office address, which is 5 minutes from the apartments. Our manager tried to contact you to help in finding a home, but, unfortunately, you did not answer, and later only wrote messages. Contact our manager you can 24 full time by phone or Viber. At the time of booking, it is indicated that the apartments are on the 8th floor, in the central part of the city most of the house is really old, but the elevator is in working order. The apartments in which you lived are really located on the central street of Kiev, Khreshchatyk. The house is on a hill, the central steps leading to the house are really under reconstruction, for reasons beyond our control, but you can drive to the house through the arch (which our manager notifies us), which is even more convenient for guests with luggage. We will be glad to see you in our apartment again. We are absolutely sure that your next visit will be much better than the previous one. Sincerely, DayFlat Apartments!

it Not an hotel it’s a boarding room
First no lighting for the stairs and I shower don’t keep its hot water and they is only one heater that don’t give any heat at all and he takes money for one night and then he takes more money from you for the rest of the week over all my ratings for this place would be 3.0 and I would never choose to stay there again and I would not recommend any one staying there as if you have a problem he wants photos instead of coming to sort them out I would put it as crap

Perfect location!! Suited our group of six!!
The apartment was very nice and was perfect for our group of six. Shopping and food was very close!!! Reception ladies were very kind and although there was a language barrier we seemed to figure everything out!!! Would definitely stay again!!

I arrived at the airport, There was a driver to pick me up. He drove me to the Dayflat apartments, This Address was NOT WHERE THEY SAID IT WOULD IN THE INTERNET PAGE ! This was an Old Building, From the 18oo , There were 5 flights of stairs, No elevator . This was NOT WHAT I PAID FOR !!!!!

The location was great and many small shops around. The apt was a nice huge bedroom clean and a nice comfy bed. Staff at their main office was helpful and friendly Would recommend this place in Kiev

Overall, the apartment I was given had all qualities one would desire: the apartment was clean, frequently cleaned with negotiable timing for convinience, everything one needed was located somewhere within the apartment, the staff were friendly (although, some lacked sufficient English, therefore it is best to learn some basic Ukrainian/Russian. I doubt one would go to Kiev without this knowledge anyway), the apartment had good heating, no water or electricity problems, everything was at a close range (restaurants, supermarkets, shops, parks and historical/local attractions). I cannot fault the management of this apartment system, since the staff can write fluently in English and communicate and organise where to collect your room key, when to clean the room, if any problems arise and when to return the key. I do not wish to fault this company and their apartments, they are perfect if you do not wish to seek a hotel, and want real living in Kiev.

From the moment I booked my accommodations. Central day flats were in constant communication with me and my wife. Efficient, organized and very professional. Their staff was very courteous and respectful as well. I will definetly use their services again.

Keep an eye on where you will really stay
Confusing apartment selection. I didn't realize that the place is somewhere else than the one advertised on the main hotels' page. We had to go to yet another nondescript building to get the keys which I learned on the airport. No previous warning about this was made..

Great apartment with fantastic location
Three of us rented an apartment for 3 nights in January, the location was fantastic, close to the city centre and within walking distance of supermarkets and amenities. The apartment had everything we needed and the rooms were larger than we were expecting. It was nice to have a balcony too and a lift! In particular, the staff were really helpful. We had no hot water on Christmas but someone was with us within 15/20 minutes to activate the electric water heater and they were able to provide a drop off at the airport which was 300 Hryvnia cheaper than the taxi we used on the way. It was really helpful to be able to communicate with the staff on whatsapp as the apartment had wifi (as well as a phone) so it didn't cost us anything in international call charges. Overall, we had a lovely stay and if you are looking for an apartment in a central location then this is perfect, it isn't luxury but it is great value for money and the staff were really helpful and easy to get hold of. We would all stay again and look forward to our next visit!

Worried after entering block as it is run down, once inside the apartment things were different. clean and practical, bed matress was to soft for me but that is a question of preference. Big Tip.....they will send you an email on day of arrival asking if you want a car sent to pick you up....aprox $20 I would definitely recommend doing it as the driver picks the key up on the way then takes you to the apartments and helps you with bags. I think it saved me 2-3 hours easy.

Well situated
Excellent pickup by Eduard. Flat well situated, with basic amenities, but note that the shower, high-tech and all, didn't seem to work. Anyway, I wouldn't have trusted the water coming out of those pipes. I would have expected a bit more cutlery and kitchen utensils. Bed was comfortable, rooms were spacious, warm, etc.

The apartment in Rustaveli 24 is very well located, clean and the service was good with availability in Viber anytime. The deal was also good. I would note however that the apartment is on the 4th floor without elevator.
