"(REAL REVIEW) The rooms were very clean, spacious, and quiet! The location is smack in the middle of the old quarter so it’s walking distance from everything you need. The staff was AMAZING. So helpful and super hospitable. They were so helpful when trying to book tours and giving us advice on where to shop/ walk around etc. They let us keep our bags at the hotel for free after check out. The managers Mary and Lukas were so kind, they helped us with our itinerary for another city! If I were to go back to Hanoi, I wouldn’t even look at any other hotel. Their breakfast was very good too! Honestly 10/10. Worth every penny! "

"Great location. Close to everything you would want to see or eat. Either direction from the hotel lobby takes you to great location. Sulli is very kind. Attentive and responsive. Amenities are as expected. Rooms a little small but comfortable. Worth coming back."

"This was one of our best hotel stays in Vietnam. The staff were amazing. Very helpful and friendly. The included breakfast was great. Easy quick walk to the lake and also a bit longer but easy walk to train street Spa massage was very good. Nice to be in the old quarter. Would highly recommend this hotel. "

"The breakfast was beyond expectations .The service was royal and the staff were helpful and friendly. Pillows and bed were comfortable. The carpet in the rooms looks old and you have to take a taxi or grab to go anywhere. "

"Booked this on our 3 week Asia tour. This staff will go above and Beyond to make you feel welcome and be helpful while you are in the area. This is a smaller boutique hotel and the rooms may be a bit smaller and some US hotels however I think we balcony rooms are exceptionally cute The Breakfast was included with a nice selection and they cute Tiffany’s boutique and they are more than happy to schedule transportation to and from the airport on your arrival and departure. As Travler would highly recommend this hotel conveniently located in the center of it all Hanoi Old City. "
