“I booked this hotel only to be contacted by the hotel a few hours before the check in and told there was a “scheduled power outage” and they wanted to offer me a room at a different property 5km away and nowhere near the Old Quarter. I refused the offer of the alternate accommodation and was told by the hotel that they wouid cancel my reservation so I could receive a refund. Here it is a few days later and the hotel is not cooperating or communicating with Hotels.com and still no refund. Avoid……
