Excellent customwr service all round from everyone
"We had an absolute great time, i must say the level of customer service was excellent and 5 star, ranging from oir porters, to front desk to the ladies and gents who served us and worked in the restaurant!! Well done!! We shall be back again, beautiful relaxing location as well!!"
"Very friendly staff across the board. Great location to reach day trips to Sigiriya, Pollonaruwa, Anuradhapura, Dambulla, and safari/hiking, etc. and unwind/relax at the pool/spa. Lakefront is great for reading or for a morning jog. Rooms/facilities are new and well maintained. Staff goes over and beyond to make your stay comfortable."

"We only stayed for 1 night but would definitely recommend the Hotel Sigiriya and would stay here again should the opportunity present itself.
Nice, clean and spacious rooms. The staff, especially at the restaurant (we had a bbq dinner buffet and breakfast buffet the next morning) were amazing. So friendly, courteous and helpful. The pool and pool views of the rock were great too! "
"Very expensive stay for not much facilities. Staff barely able to understand requests. No timely answers for queries before we arrived at the property. Staff do not go out of the way to make your experience pleasant at all. Breakfast was below average. For the expensive pricing, you would expect a better spread, but no. Cleanliness of property is also below average when you compare with similar properties in the price range."

"My husband and I thought this was really neat. It's almost as though we were in the middle of the jungle. Gorgeous garden and pool. You'll also see some monsters, frogs and lizard! Staff were very v friendly we arrived almost 10pm our first night and they were willing to serve us dinner! We were grateful after a long day with no food! We would recommend it if you're in sigiriya! "

"Really enjoyed our short 2 days in Sigiriya - absolutely lovely hotel and amazing grounds. We really enjoyed the breakfast, all the staff were very nice and helpful. The spa was amazing as well - lovely massages and products on offer. Villa was stunning and very serene, the pool was amazing. The grounds have lots of wildlife and nature that’s very cool to see!
The only thing we found a bit funny and awkward was that we weren’t able to invite our friend who was showing us round Sri Lanka to the villa to discuss our day plans. We were told this was against policy but I had a look online and it’s not in the terms and conditions on the website that guests aren’t allowed, nor was this highlighted when we booked so just felt a bit unnecessary.
