If you need something though their help service number doesn't seem to be 24/7 even though they connect you with someone in another country. Don't expect to make changes easily. “Long story short: I spent almost two hours trying to contact the company to get room access. They never got back to me, and I had to get a hotel. I still haven't received a refund.
