“Ground floor room had a clogged sink.
Cleaning lady told me that the ice vending was on the 3rd floor so I talked up there from 1st floor, whereas I later found when I was returning from 3rd floor that there was also one on ground floor (aka 1st floor). Side parking lots not lit- scary after dark. Breakfast was so-so. Holiday Inn Exp is better. Not enough pillows- they were too short and no extra pillows or blankets. No luggage rack in room.”
“The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the staff very friendly. However, before 8am there was a lot of very loud talking downstairs that unfortunately woke us up. After coming home late from a concert, it would’ve been nice to sleep in a bit. Also, breakfast is not included but there is a coffee bar that sells pastries. None of it being included. A nice breakfast outside on the porch in the cool room would’ve made the stay spectacular.”
“My sisters and I enjoyed the historical Winter Inn and will definitely be back. The staff was VERY accommodating and friendly. The room, though small, was clean and cute. The downstairs tavern was unique and quite large, and the outdoor patio was charming. We only ate small bites at the restaurant, which was typical "bar food," but again, not really enough to give the food a full review. Our waitress was so very, very nice and we enjoyed our time as a family at the Inn.”
“This was a beautiful bread and breakfast, highly recommend! Breakfast was delicious and served quick and hot. Our room was wonderful, bed was comfy, and shower was HOT! Would love to stay again.”
