Kingston Cottage is located in the village of Kingston within the town of South Kingstown, RI. It is within walking distance of the University of Rhode Island and only 10 to 15 minutes from the Beaches. South County is a vibrant community with a pleather of outside activities, beaches, bars and fine dining.

The home is well outfitted with amenities, including gas grill, fire pit with free fire wood, bikes, and indoor and outdoor games. It has a well outfitted kitchen with coffee maker, waffle maker, popcorn machine, blender, as well as pot and pans, dishes, glasses and other essentials. A great town to stay in.

The house was clean. We were happy with the rental and it is about 15 minutes to the beach.

Perfect location for us

We spent 2 weeks at Jackie’s place with our two boys (3 and 6). We were visiting family that live nearby and the location was perfect for us. It is very well stocked with kitchen and cleaning essentials and the boys loves the board games. They also loved roasting marshmallows in the fire pit. Thanks Jackie!
