"My first action was to empty my bladder. I immediately noticed that bathroom had no lock.I hit my head and was propelled back onto the throne, where my leg hit the door slightly, which caused it to open. There was a lot of construction going on outside. Barring that, breakfast was good, but my family prefers a more western breakfast. The location was convenient and the staff was friendly. "

"Great property and well kept grounds. The onsen was fantastic. Welcome drink and breakfast were nice touches. They set up a baby crib and baby bedding and blanket for us, which was perfect. Only draw back is the location is a 10-15 minute walk to train station and restaurant area. They also did not have room for us for dinner in the hotel lobby "
