“We stayed here for 8 days. The hotel staff, restaurant food and spacious lobby, room space, comfortable pillows and beds... were all great. Very close to Oberlin College, great location!!”

“Great location with very nice views if you have a room on the water side. Super nice people but the place needs work and they have extremely limited TV selections. Everything was “not included with your package”. room itself was nice but bathroom needed lots of work. Towel rod and TP holder falling off the walls and toilet rocking like it was not bolted down”

“Room was clean and very nice. Staff was lovely when we checked in and answering any questions we had while we were there. Breakfast was delicious. They had a variety of things that my husband and the grandchildren loved. Parking was perfect, not overcrowded and right up close to the building. We had a lovely stay.Beds are very comfortable.”

“Chewed up candy next to the beds after switched to a second room. The first room had soaked carpets and smelled like mold and mildew. There were hairs all over the sink , and in the bathroom area. Absolutely disgusting. Toilet had urine on it, and I had to clean everything myself. NEVER will be staying at a quality inn.”
