"The camper is very nice and comes with all the basics you need for a short stay. The camper is well maintained and the bed is very comfortable. The laundry is a shared facility in the campground (which does not have a coin/change maker and the machines only accepts quarters). The camper is located in the closest site to the river and has unobstructed views of the river- definitely the nicest site in the park. The town does not have a lot to offer. "My family (myself, husband, and 2 yr old) stayed at this lodging for 2 nights while exploring the Redwoods. We were just under 40 mins from Trees of Mystery, about 15 mins from downtown Crescent City, and about 35 mins to Grove of Titans. There's also an amazing little quiet beach at the end of the road about 5 mins (drive) from the house. So amazing location! The actual lodging was beautiful, well designed, and very clean. Only suggestion I have is to update the comforter as it brought down the appearance with all the snags on top and check the detergent in the laundry facilities as it was out when I tried to purchase.
