8.8/10 Excellent! (1,676 reviews)
I liked the rate. I liked that the odd room I chose had three beds and was huge. At least one of my sons found the bed very restful. Plenty of towels were provided. I liked the shampoo provided, though the device on which the bottles of shampoo and conditioner were supposed to be attached had been removed with parts still on the shower wall. Something looking suspiciously like mold occupied a place over the shower insert; this may have been due to the bathroom fan being extremely weak (I could see droplets hanging in the air by the fan and not moving after a shower). Many places in the drywall around the room were cracked. There were no amenities to speak of for us besides the coin-operated washers and dryers, which worked well. The continental breakfast was well-presented but had very little protein besides milk for cereal and peanut butter for bread/toast/English muffins. The toaster worked fine but shuffled items through so quickly that you'd have to put slices in three times to get something browned. The coffee/cocoa machine worked fine, but the coffee was not close to tasting like coffee. I'll call the lobby decor "eclectic."
