We booked accomodation which was supposed to have 4 beds, it had 2, we were offered an air mattress (no bedding or pillows) and it deflated during the night. Then they wouldn’t refund us any of the rest of our stay when we had to move to a place that could actually sleep all of us. The rooms were dusty, cobwebs and the trash can was full.
