“I can't recommend this hotel even though it's a nice property due to the fact that it is too far off the main road and the road is in poor condition. Too bad.”
“Staff was not accommodating at all. Out of all of our stops in Thailand, this resort was by far the our least favourite and the least friendly. We had some sort of large rodent living in our attic that squealed and scratched most of the night and the resort staff told us they couldn’t do anything about “nature”.”
“Over the past decade we have stayed in dozens hotels and resorts in Thailand but this place stands out for cleanliness and how helpful and friendly every single staff member has been during our stay.
The pool and beach are being kept immaculately clean, there is free use of paddle boards and beach chairs and for a fee you can get a massage on the beach.
The breakfast buffet had a nice selection of Thai and western dishes and again was fantastically clean with the staff dealing with anything……
“Photos and pictures on website or app aren’t match with reality. There are ants in room, bathroom is ok (not a resort level) , environment is great. In addition, the score on Hotels.com is 8, I think is overestimated.”

“New resort,clean with comfortable bed, staffs are nice, food is ok but not much variety. We tried candle light dinner on the beach, romance decorations but food is very small portion and expensive.
Clean beach, clear water, some reef and fish, good for snorkeling.
We didn't rent motorcycle but asked resort to call taxi to khlong chao waterfall, 500b round trip can stay in waterfall for 1hr, not worth go in this season, the waterfall is dry, just a small pool for swim”
“Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno indimenticabile in famiglia a Kood Life! La posizione è comoda, a pochi passi dal mare, ma immersa nella natura, creando un’atmosfera davvero suggestiva e tranquilla. La terrazza e il giardino sono perfetti per momenti di relax, e l’aria condizionata funziona benissimo in tutti gli ambienti. La colazione inclusa nel prezzo è semplicemente spettacolare!

“Breakfast was included and was suppose to be served at 08:00, I waited until 08:30 no breakfast no staff , big disappointment. Did not want to wast time day number two so I left at 07:30. ”
