The staff were really nice and helpful. The only thing I had an issue with was the extra charges. For instance, there is a charge for ice and food to take away. If you break a glass 200 thb. I was riding a motorcycle because the island taxi service was not practical. I got an accident and was sent to a only hospital on the island. The hospital was not full equipped, was good for first aids care. Just to be cautious, if any serious injury
