Not a great experience honestly. I have stayed at other Apas and they were way better. If your not a smoker then not a great start to look at this one. No iron, and laundry machine was broken.

If you find the right way is less then 10 mins to reach the hotel. Staffs are very friendly and helpful, easy check in. Room is really small, you may find it difficult to move around with a big luggage. We stay for a night without luggage hence quite alright for small build like us. Less then 5mins walked you are at the shopping district with major brands. Transportation are easily accessible,15-18mins walk to Nankinmachi which is a Chinatown. Overall I would still recommend the stay.

This is a good hotel, the space is kept up and the room is contemporary, easily arrived at from the Sannomiya stop. Nothing wowed me, but nothing to suggest you shouldn't stay here.

Comfortable stay and convenient
Room size is typically small as in a hotel in Japan of similar class. Sufficient and clean enough. Location is not far away from main transit station. Convenient but not noisy.

Reliable quality at apa hotels.
The room was small but comfortable, with all the facilities usually found at an APA hotel. Good location close to Sannomiya Station. Lots of places to eat around and within walking distance of Chinatown and even the harbour area. The buffet breakfast was tasty. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

Great location and meets expectation
It has all the amenities of APA hotels. We had the breakfast with the hotel, and that was good. The rooms were small, but I knew what to expect from APA hotel chains. They have the same standards throughout the chain. The location was close to Sannomiya station and shopping area, and was convenient.

A Great Place to Stay in Kobe
The hotel is at an excellent location, about a 5-minute walk from the Sannomiya Station. Check-in was quick and easy, and there were staff who were able to speak English as well, which was appreciated. While the room was small, that wasn't an issue, as I was there for business, and spent very little time there. The room did though have a large-screen tv, which was a nice touch. Everything was clean. The best part about this hotel was that there was a Seattle's Best Coffee shop on the first floor, accessible from both inside and outside the hotel, with a patio, so one could enjoy a very good coffee before starting the day. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone passing through Kobe. Great price, great location, great accommodation!

Convenient and Safe
Pretty close to the train station. Easy access to Sogo and other shops nearby. Room is a little small but still acceptable. Rather onvenient and safe.

Good hotel, horrible staff
The hotel itself was very nice. There was a origami crane on the bed next to the sleeping garment which I thought was a great way to show their hospitality but it doesn’t really fit with the mood of the hotel. The staff were unpleasant. I had a bad experience with a new female staff who kept asking me to repeat everything. She couldn’t find my reservation and failed to smile. The supervisor or senior came behind her and muttered what to do without any apologies for the long wait. The new staff made a hotel member card without my consent and ignored my way of trying to lighten up the mood because she was frantically typing away on the computer making no eye contact whatsoever. I wrote my Japanese address in English and the staff said, your address isn’t in Japan?” Without even looking at the address which I thought was rude. All that time at the reception counter with the other customers looking at me was a very unpleasant experience and I hope they will try to improve their services in the future. If not for the name of the hotel and great time I had in Kobe I would probably not recommend this hotel to any of my colleagues or clients.

The smallest APA room I have stayed
The room is too small, we (2 of us) cannot pass thru the passage between the wall and the bed, the luggage could only barely pass thru. The space left behind other than occupied by the bed and the desk could not allow us to open our luggage to pack up. The bed is too soft and that hurts our backs.

Cheap & great location
Located 5 minutes away from the Shinnomiya central station in Kobe. This hotel boasts cheap prices and good rooms. The bed was big and comfy despite it being too rough for my taste. The bathroom was bigger than expected. The only drawback was the minimalist shirt cabinet, it could only carry 2 hangers. Aside of that, it was an excellent hotel for short trips.

The rooms was not totally clean as dust were found on the bed and the air conditioning could not be switched with a choice of warm / cool. Too dry out & hot as it could not be manually switched to cool mode but warm mode only.

Extremely small rooms near the city center.
The hotel staff is a bit slow on acting and not the most the most helpful or friendly bunch. The rooms, while clean is however extremely small. I didn't have room to open up my luggage. It is basically a tiny box.
