Location is good, near MTR Station, near different types of foods restaurant, there is a nearby 24 hours grocery , a 24 hour 7-11, pharmacy

tragic story
I made a mistake and checked the wrong box. Albert Eufemio had to spend the night in the train station. And I cannot get my deposit back because this is non-refundable.

This hotel needs to be fully transparent about its security deposit policy. Upon arrival, my entire stay value was held on my card, and then they charged my card the full amount as well - I was never told this was going to happen and they need to make this explicitly clear - I was left with no funds in my account. It took all day for the hotel to confirm what had happened and the deposit was released within 48 hours. In relation to my stay: excellent air conditioning in the room, but the room was not as requested - asked for three single beds, got one single and one double. Water bottles refreshed each day, which was a nice touch. The staff are friendly and accommodating. It is very centrally located, just minutes from several malls, the avenue of the stars, and several public transport stops. The room was cleaned to a relatively high standard but they need to review their environmental policy: a lot of waste. I would stay here again as the hotel is in a great location. Internet wifi is very fast.
