Very pleased with my stay at Q Hotel. You have a McDonalds, KFC & Lifl on your doorstep. You will have to get a taxi to go into the Main Market Square, but the taxi’s are cheap if you download the Bolt App

I booked this for my father who had been stranded in Krakow during his travels, the staff were kind to him, they were very accommodating and respectful. Would definitely recommend.

Nice hotel: clean, quiet, modern with helpful staff. Just a few minutes from city center. Room was fine except there was no small refrigerator. Surprising. Otherwise just a lovely stay.

My bathroom was dirty! I found mold at the bottom of the shower and the blow dryer had yellow stains all over it! I found hair on my towels! Never again! I paid for a Queen bed and got two twin beds pushed together!

We only stayed a night because we had a connection flight but it was very clean and modern i loved the simplicity of the hotel. We arrived after midnight and the checkin was so easy no hassle t we were so tired from our flight and getting there and having no issues was great the room very comfortable great experience

Nice hotel in Krakow.
Located in a rather remote area with KFC and McDonald’s nearby. Good breakfast with self serve fresh fruit squeezed juice. There are two people attending the food area to make sure that everything is fine. Very professional. The Wi-Fi is not reliable in the room. Have to go to the main hall or to the corridor to pick up better signal. Check-in and check-out are fast.

Nice clean hotel..
Really nice hotel, very clean and close to a shopping centre. We choose it as it was closer to the airport, for an early morning flight. Taxi from hotel was expensive!

The location was really good, 4 mins walk from the hotel to McDonald and 1 min walk to kfc and there is a bus stop not far from the hotel. It all really convenient location, and the staffs from the manager, kitchen staffs, receptionist and house keeper, they were all Fantastically amazing. The hotel itself, is beautiful and clean. Really modern hotel.

This hotel is a newer, modern hotel with all expected amenities. Staff was friending the accommodations were nice. We had been traveling through Europe for 11 days by train and bus and this was the first place we stayed where I had a rental car. It says "free parking" but the parking is very limited. Its essentially a few spots around the hotel or people park on the sidewalk area. Or you can pay to park in a very small lot behind the hotel. I was able to find a spot in the free parking both nights, but the only night I had to park on the sidewalk and go back out later before finding an actual parking spot. Other then that, everything was very nice about the hotel.

We loved the Q hotel clean handy for airport good selection of food for breakfeast and dinner it was a 15 to 20 minutes taxi ride from old town they could do with a fridge in the room's
