I booked this hotel with a high expectation and especially because it has a on site restaurant. However, when I got there, the restaurant was closed. And the front desk! And it is not just one day, but during all the time that I stayed. Yes, there is Covid-19 effect, but not all restaurants were closed (in fact most restaurants in town and the next door Marriot/Couryard were still open). And why cannot someone stay at the front desk?! So, each night, I have to walk to the next Courtyard hotel to dine in their restaurant. There is no phone to use for making even local phone calls, and no one at the front desk to provide help. All the guests were just abandoned by the hotel. If there had been any real emergency, like an earthquake, the guests would be left in desperate in a foreign country. The hotel management really lacked a sense of duty. I would not recommend this hotel.
