“I was thrilled that we chose this location! The minute I walked into the cabin I was excited with what I saw. Loved the location as it's super quiet and close to town. Everything is within walking distance. Loved the decor and layout of the cabin. The host thought of everything to make the place cozy, comfortable, clean and charming. I didn't want to leave. I hope to stay there again soon.”

“This property is amazing, right on the water. The use of the kayak, canoe and paddle board is a fantastic amenity. The house has amazing views and is exactly as described. Our family is looking forward to coming back.”

“The owner did not prepare the house for our stay, the heat was not turned on and is not a sufficient unit or set-up for the square footage or CO weather. The communication with me was o.k. but the communication with my adult daughter was short, rude and as if she was bothering her. A whole day of adventures was lost while waiting for another unit to be cleaned and was not ready after 4:30pm. I had also asked about adding a night, due to the move to the 2nd unit, and was willing to pay full price……

“This cabin was exactly what we needed and what it advertised. It is a rustic cabin, which inspires the same. We loved the old wood stove and cool decorations. It was made better by the couple that owns/runs the cabins. They were amazing and great to work with. We rented the cabin instead of taking our camper up for a weekend at Gould to RZR ride with our friends. The location was perfect for us! It was a nice change of pace. We got to shower (in a very clean bath house!), we could eat at the……

“It was a great house and experience but after I left I got accused of taking something I never took I have tried to reach out and no one has responded it just a shame getting accused of something you never did after having a great experience ”

“This house is the perfect place to stay in Grand Lake. Amazing views on every level of the house. The house layout is perfect for multiple families. Tons of entertainment in the house. We were able to walk everywhere in town from the house. House was clean and decorated nicely. We had everything we needed. Host was friendly and very easy to communicate with.”
