Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
smelly pillow case, broken bathroom door, slow water, air cond temperature can't be adjusted, room doesn't smell good, there should also be a face mirror on the outside wall to make it easier for visitors to dress up. Especially if not mistaken ROOM#118/811.
