We stayed in this property with my family, the rooms were really clean, the service was great and staff were really helpful and responsive at all times. The location is convenient, walking distance to Bangsar ,( shuttles also available ) however it’s a bit noisy and busy as it is still a central and busy suburb. Shared washer and dryer were available for a fee, but not in the apartment.

The previous occupants of our room left underpants drying on the window and the cleaners did not remove them. The room next to us had about 20 people staying in it who were very loud. The room did not look like the photos when I made the booking.

The property on entry was lovely, it was also gated which gives peace of mind, a service desk where the friendly staff are there to help in any way. Well appointed kitchen, neat and tidy apartment, sweet and roomy dining and lounge area, seperate huge bedroom with wardrobe, dressing table desk and enormous tiled bathroom with double shower head for a luxurious bathing experience. All amenities where available inclusion a pool, gym and laundry. Near to shops and the local attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for great experience for families and couples.

1. I.opted for smoking rooms when book the rooms but was shocked to learn the entire place is smoke-free. I wonder why the option was even made available to me when booking. 2. After checking in, i soon found out that my water heater wasnt working and i contacted the hotel staff who then sent someone to check on it. After inspection, the "technician" agreed that it was faulty but i was given not even offered an option to change room but rather just put up with the faulty water heater. 3. When checking out, we were charged cleaning fees for a "stained" towel. I mean if it was a stained carpet, i can totally understand but stained towel? Isn't cleaning and drying is what a towel supposed to do and in that process, gettinh stained is pretty normal?

Basic but good
We stayed one night at The Nomad. It’s very central to the Bangsar area so very convenient. If you’re after luxury this isn’t for you. But it’s clean and spacious and great value for money.

Big and spacious
The service apartment is clean and generally well maintained. It is also well equipped with all necessities for a comfortable stay. WiFi is strong as well. Service staffs are courteous and helpful. Apartment also near Bangsar village with great food and shopping. In the morning, some traffic noise can be annoying though. In general, my family had pleasurable stay.

we experience access problem several time. to wait for them to fix quite long coz lobby & our room quite far. swimming pool under reno. should hv informed us when we made booking coz swimming pool us what we look for. very upset. at least compensate with upgrade or anything. asked for upgrade to 2 room coz our unit has another room which is locked but the reception lady very adamant said no. kind of weird having one lock room in our unit. room was clean at night?? we expect it to be cleaned while we were away during day time. we felt annoyed & very upset when they quickly went out without completing the cleaning job. rubbish not pick up that time. room ok equip with washing machine, dryer, hood hob oven but no time to utilise. long term stay ok

Fine location but building fabric is wanting.
Good location if you have business in Bangsar Damansara side of town. Convenient to some good bars and restaurants. Staff b+.Facility sorely in need of major maintenance. Walls cracking, floor lifting, probably not painted since built, toaster fused the power supply and elevator interior damaged. Swimming pool excellent and price sensible; it is just let down by maintenance issues.

Nomad Bangsar is the only facility for visitors in Bangsar. It offers good quality and spacious residential accomodation with good Wi-Fi connections for visitors.

stay was okay, not awesome. but its still dirty. floor was so dirty until we have black feets , it is dusty and sandy on the floor,towel stinks, asked for replacement but unfortunately hotel told us theres no replacement available, Asked for a few times for the washing detergent for the dishes but unfortunately they came after calling them three times about in an hour time, Neighbourhood was quiet, but there is no facilities around, a car is a must!

15 min walk to Bangsar Village
Rather expensive for the price but proximity to village is nice. First room had a water leak in the bathroom ceiling so had to move to another room. Very basic setup with irregular furnishings (1 cup, 3 plates, 1 spoon, 2 knives, etc). Room was clean but dark, fixtures rusty, windows unable to open. Haphazard attention to detail. Internet would never come up. Overall quality was disappointing. Garbage bin in lobby was overflowing while staff played a game. Needs better management and attention to detail.

Great Experience
Following an initial problem causing me to complain, the management immediately addressed this by offering an alternative superior condo at no extra charge. The staff were attentive, the condo was clean, modern, spacious and with good facilities. I would stay at Nomad Bangsar again without hesitation, and would thoroughly recommend.

Best location
The location is great as it is closest to Bangsar Shopping Center (BSC) and Bangsar Village. The room is comfortable and housekeeping staff is nice (They only do housekeeping 3 times a week. However, they came to vacuum for me anyway on off-day because I told them I have a baby)
