"Property is great and right next to the button lift which is great. A short ski down and one more lift takes you to the well known Alpe D'Huez ski area. It lacks some of the homely features of other places I have stayed in, which probably reflects that it is owned by a company rather than an individual. The fourth bedroom on the mezzanine has a very low ceiling. There is no DVD player. When we questioned it we were told that it shouldn't have been in the brochure! Wifi didn't work either and we...

"The rooms were nice, modern and tidy. But it was very small in the toilet The food was amazing however not much option for young kids. Everything was in french so had to guess what the food was. With an allergy I find this quite surprising that you don’t alsl have English written. The staff was accommodating in the restaurant and bar. However the reception staff I found very rude, abrupt and very unhelpful. I was not advised of the hotel amenities and general hotel information. With no English...
